I just miss the 90s too much. Art in general was blooming. Nowadays, a wall may be considered art and the music scene has gone downhill.
Love has been forgotten. Reason is being forgotten. True beauty is unseen and only apparent beauty counts. No content required, All we need is for people to twerk and forget about their souls.
Such a sad world we live in.
At least I could live before this hideous era began.
Thank you, Alanis for your always truthful and soulful music.

I have struggled with mental illnesses, self harm, and suicidal thoughts. I have put myself and the people around me through so many emotions. And last night I went to her concert with my mom. I sang, I danced, I smiled my ass off, and I got very emotional- in a good way. Afterwards my mom got in the car with me and she said she was relieved to finally see me truly happy. I cried as soon as I got home.

Such Pretty Forks In The Road shook me upon its release. It’s the mental health record of 2020. I love how more songs keep slowly being released in 2021 extending this era. Rest is absolutely a climax for sure. What an incredible song. Thank you for hearing the fans and releasing it. The world needed to hear this. This past week I have been playing Smiling nonstop as I had a lot of personal things happen. I needed time to just rest this week more than ever. I usually just push through, which is not always healthy. This song really hits my heart right now. I just cry as I feel validated. This entire era has hit in ways I never expected. Absolutely incredible! ✨
