Totally agree. That $33mil home was awful. The sauna/theater was outdated. Also the enclosed bedrooms would feel like you’re in an aquarium. The first 2 min of the video I was impressed with the unobstructed views. From there it kinda went downhill.
I find myself enjoying the houses he's showing in the $3mill to $8mill range way more than some of those monstrous $50m ones. They get too big and gaudy for me, with a few exceptions

Its been a long time since we've watched Enes do a lower end luxury home in LA and it feels so good rn. Like this is what got me hooked into his channels, him doing these less expensive (conpared to the ones he does now on his main channel), because these homes look more livable and hence attainable. Like I'd really not want to live in a $25M-$30M house because they don't feel like home. Like its just a personal choice. So seeing him do these home tours while I imagine myself living in one of these one day makes it so much more entertaining for me.
This house is awesome!!!! I love the marble stairs! And i love the rotating wine rack, marble bath tub, a mirror that’s a tv! You can park your car on the roof! The sinks in all of the bathrooms! Awesome!!
When I saw the screening room just off the entrance and with a giant sunny deck attached to it, I thought I wasn't going to like this one much, but the rest of it won me over. The interior decorating and especially the stonework is gorgeous.

When this tour started, my first thought was I love the entryway. Then, I love the whole level, and it just kept getting better. Normally not a fan of black/dark kitchen cabinets and appliances, but this gray is interesting. I'm sure the camera didn't do it justice. I'm with Enes on the primary bath mirror. My wife tells me what to do, I don't need the bathroom telling me, too. Thanks for bringing this to us.

This property is where you guys belong, not the massive properties that are over priced aimed at investors, but homes for people. It is an unusual layout, with lots of quirky features, and a lot of Tech. The staging and artwork is what makes the property stand out, and this one is excellent! Again, the staging is quirky and effective and the developer nailed it with this one. Brilliant job guys, good to be back in the hills, and you didnt have an Ad in the middle of the piece. That will kill your channel.

I really like this location. You get to have that feeling of being part of the neighborhood and enjoying the lifestyle you want whatever that may be. It is quite unique.
Oh my good god, the bar at 3:59, that stone is so good. What is it called? That balcony access for cars. Wonderful. Then the stone on staircase, how nicely book matched it is. The cabinetry in kitchen, mm, the gradients. Looks even better at night. The landscaping in the deck area. The whole sink setup at 14:09. Even the entry itself. You know what? It's a wonderful house, very warm, very nice colors. I love it.

Wow! What a property! Much smaller than most you tour, but perfect. The party areas are on the top "ground" floor, keeping party goers away from your private spaces. The small office is perfect for actually doing work. The decking looks like an amazing spot to drink an espresso while the sun comes up. The only thing I would change, it put a real pool on the roof, preferably one with a moving floor which turns the area into decking, but I don't know if that would be structurally possible. For ~6.5 million, this place looks like a steal!
Love the marble for the wet bar off the pool table so strikingly bold with the veins of golden yellow/brown on the gray. Alway's enjoy seeing artwork on walls even when its not always to my own taste just makes a house seem more grounded and lived in.
Appropriately sized. Nice and cosy. Even though it's built on a hillside the developers managed to ensure that every bedroom has windows with views of the opposite hillside.
... Very nice... That Master Bathroom was incredible... Plus that sleek kitchen was truly on point... The steps gave me goosebumps... I got a lot of wonderful ideas from this...🌟✨💫 This property just came off as a very solid design, not too little & not too over the top but just enough unique modern appeal to thrill & sooth at the same time... Would love to see more yachts and some sails boats. Really love that you can pull the car through the garage and display it on the out door area during a party or event. Very unique feature.
