This realtor always prices his homes way too high. They’re not gonna get anything near 43 million for this house. I’m predicting low 30s, at best.

They came close but they couldn't capture the essence of a John Lautner design.

Is the house reinforced concrete and structurally sound? I mean after days of rains and atmospheric rivers I hope the area is not prone to mudslides or landslides the property is splendid. I hope with my crypto can buy this 🎉🎉❤❤❤
These properties go through major controls by the city, and the standards are extremely stringent. That is why these hill side homes can take 3-4 years to build. The groundwork and foundation can take 12 months alone.
Love the home BUT there is NO PRIVACY with the people on Nightingale, Blue Jay, & Robin all watching you.
Unfortunately, I would give them a lot to look at🫨

Hmm, not worth the asking price, plus they got lazy with all those rocks lol. They could've done much better for that area. Also, no movie theater. The gym is nice and I love the airy openness. This is worth maybe low to mid 20s. Almost too modern and minimalistic for my taste, but it's well executed, but a tad boring/sterile for me, but still nice.

When you live in the Hills and have great views, you don't usually have full privacy unless you have the house at the very top of the hills!!
I can’t imagine a California home with no water. Jesus turned water into wine but if there was not water there wouldn’t have been anything to turn into wine. And without water there is no living mankind. 🤦🏾♀️

That's the trade of when you are In the Hills, views but often a loss of total privacy. Unless you have the highest home in that neighborhood
