i'm sorry, i'm pretty a newbie in learning how to play the ukelele, is there really a variety of how D7 is done. because in this video you only (i don't know the proper term) placed your finger on 3 strings on the 2ndFr. but on other youtube channels (i saw 2 of them) they place their finger in 4 string om the 2ndFr. help me out, thanks :)
Just a question: why in D and not in F wich, beside is the original tune, it's even easier to play? and you have the (great) plus to play along with the song...
The original is in F (on guitar, in E with capo: 1). I tried it with capo on 3rd fret but sounds too high. I tried it in E with capo on 1st fret but the G#m7 doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions (found a guitar tab that shows this as an A/G#)?

So I just started playing yesterday, is there a problem with barring a D? My hands are pretty big and it's hard for me to get 3 fingers down like that
You can do a raised D. Just bar the 2nd fret and put your pinky on the 1 string of the 5th fret.
