Awesome transformation! I cannot wait for a enduro version! Maybe the exhaust header could be a little more tucked in. But looks great anyhow! Congratulations
What is still missing and guarantees a more comfortable, upright posture is a higher t-bar handle. It is available up to 33cm high. The diameter of 22mm fits the DAX. That looks really crazy! ... and also very comfortable to drive - especially for tall drivers around 190 cm. The only problem is that the original cable pulls, etc. are then too short and have to be replaced with longer ones. Greetings from Germany!
Good video thank you man. I didnt like all of the mods but its your bike thats the whole point 😁 I keep looking at the dax, i like it more every day im starting to want it badly. Enjoy your riding.

Saludos
Hello, cheers, this is a very good informative video! Thanks a lot! Can I ask you to post a list of all the parts, and a link to where you bought them, please.. the front fender looks very cool..should you not use guards also for the forks?
I live in Spain and always understood that making modifications from standard specification would be a problem with ITV inspection. How do you handle this? If mods have CE certification is it permissable?
@@Burrotaxi me too dude. My Dax it's brand new from 2024 april and still remains 3 years to the itv. It does'nt get any CE. For the itv i will put standard parts.
Are any aftermarket parts permissable for ITV? What happens for instance on older vehicles if genuine parts are no longer available? I am very confused. For instance are any aftermarket exhausts allowed?

Do you fell an increase in power with the yoshimura cyclone and dna airfilter? What is the top speed? My goes ca 95-100 on a straight with a little tail wind without tucking in.
It's not an increase in power, is how you can use the engine. It breathes better so you can use more of the RPM at the lower range. That's the effect of removing the 🐈. For more power a larger cylinder is needed. With a larger cylinder also come the problems and headaches. Ask me how I know...
@@zefautino yeah I hear you mate.. I am very happy with the DNA intake, and using premium 100 octane E5 fuel and adding a bit of Motorex fuel stabilizer… and a small windscreen.. it’s fine.. if I wanted speed I would keep my CBR.. but it’s still interesting if one could maintain 95-100 uphill in headwind because it would be no problem keeping up with traffic and it would make it more safe that way. But overall it’s not very important, most important is the joy of riding a Honda mini bike and all the smiles it gives me and all the heads it turns 😁

So, you replace horrible tyres with... Dunlop! That's what I call "not an improvement". Bridgestone Battlax SC, great tyre. You can place the bottle opener better, so you won't spill corrosive coca cola all over the pain. Now go out and have fun.
I know the Battlax it's a really good tyre but Dunlop it's enough for me. The turn signals it gets Euro aproved. The bottle opener i can not place better for the position of the Yoshimura. Thank's man!
@@albertcars4001 You probably paid the same for the slippery dunlops as you would pay for Bridgestone. Word of advice, don't go for Metzeler, those tyres need to be burning hot to grip.
