I always make sure to get stitch braids, which means the braids braided tighter than normally, I wear a durag that’s very formfitting and flat to my scalp when I sleep, and then, on top of that, I put a bonnet, and I very lightly manipulate my hair whenever I am applying oil or anything to my hair or scalp

man how do u keep ur braids so intact after a month, is there any product u know ur braider or you use because after 2-3 weeks its already frizzy, i used mousee and even that doesnt help unless im using sum cheap one

I grow out my sides, but keep the back of my neck cut and trim regularly

@@iceboy21 that’s what I do but it’s completely up to you. I occasionally cut my sides but with a 4 blade because I like my hair longer.

I took my first braids out weeks ago and I’m still having breakage. I’m actually afraid to shower now because of how much hair I loose. I never used any oils or moisturized my hair, I just took them out aggressively the day I was tired of them I wish I knew what I was doing, I was so naive
