Hi Duncan, Hope you are well. In my experience bike helmets are just like crash helmets, when you find a brand that fits your head shape you ted to stick with that brand. Me personally, I have a Lazer shaped head! LOL.
@@DuncMcNuttI am right on the mark of a medium/large helmet and am looking to order a new Mojito after cracking my last one in a crash. I found the old Mojito X was fine in a medium and a better fit than the large. Should I be ok with a medium again as I've read in a few reviews that it comes up smaller/tighter than the last version because of the sleeker shape. I'd be grateful to hear your thoughts.
Back home. Been able to measure my head which is 57cm. I have a medium size Kask. (It says inside 52-58cm. . So on that I would think a medium would fit your head fine at 55cm
@@DuncMcNutt i see.. because i live here in the philippines i believe that mojito helmets are only available in usa or other europe countries because it is rare nowadays
@@DuncMcNutt Well good to see you cycling again. So you didn't have deep section wheels on? I ride regular old style aluminum wheels and they can still catch the wind sometimes especially when its gusty. I also ride flat pedals because being clipped in these situations can make you hit the floor. My front wheel slipped the other day on a wet wooden bridge I was crossing. if I had been clipped in I would have gone down for sure.
@@DuncMcNutt One of the dangers of these deep section wheels are the gusty winds especially when clipped in. Maybe a subject for another video. Glad your bike is sorted. I love giant bikes too.

@@DuncMcNutt Great, thanks Duncan. I'll order the medium later today. I'm going for the fluo yellow as it compliments the bike.
Looks good Duncan
Update on the gloves, very good but calling them ultimate is a bit too much
Hi Duncan
Excuse me, what is your head circumference?
My head circumference is 55cm, should I choose size S or M?
Hi, I am not at home at the minute and don't have the helmet with me here. I will have a look for you tomorrow evening.
@@DuncMcNutt No problemo, Thanks for your willingness to help. can't wait 💫

@@DuncMcNutt Agreed, that makes sense. I sometimes just doubt that size M is too bulky for me. Anyway, thank you for your insight and help, Duncan 💫
@@erybagas no prob. Do you know what size the small size covers?
I bought a Carnac Notus helmet for £14.99 from Planet-X, am I a cheapskate for buying a 280g helmet ?
Duncan, post crash also, I will be looking for a helmet. My older Mojito had no side strap adjustments, does the Mark 111?
Duncan McNutt thanks Duncan✌️
Duncan McNutt excellent improvement ✌️
Good looking helmet.
Duncan McNutt I’m a Kask guy too...

Why did you crash? Was it the deep section wheels in the wind?
