unseen footage of a bassist with fresh strings

another unanticipated, spur-of-the-moment video? unheard of.
after leaving my Thumb's strings on for a disgustingly long time i figured i'd see how the cheapest set of strings i could possibly find would sound. but sure enough this bass makes a fart sound good so i can't say i'm surprised.

Excellent. You'll need new to replace those about the time you turn 45.
Did you need a tapered B?

it's somewhat hit or miss with tapered B's. i've had .125s that dont fit the warwick bridge, but in this instance the untapered .130 guage fitted perfectly. preferably i'd go with the long scale DR's that include a tapered B string

i go through my pedalboard, into my darkglass AO900v2 head and out the post EQ di using the cab sim straight into my interface. makes it almost too easy :)

@@jaaz.handss how do you get that much clarity out of that post DI ?? I sell mine and get that clarity only with the Darkglass Element and Amp sim in it
