    If you are a foreign student applicant reading this, the one thing they don't tell you about is how incredibly freezing cold and snowy Montreal is for six months of the year. And the brief window of nice weather they get is when the school is closed. Good party school if you don't freeze to death.

      I want to go to MiGill, and I'm used to that weather because I currently live on Vermont. So I really hope to go.

      @@christofat2704 Not really. First, it's common for globally important universities to teach in English regardless of the surrounding language. ETH Zurich, Bocconi, CEU, Uni of Amsterdam, etc. Second, it's a historically English institution, so forcing it to switch to French is weird, violent, and rude.

    It is doubtful this item will be mentioned on CBC's "The National" aka The GTA Evening News.This CBC has, de facto, already deemed Montreal and Quebec separated from the ROC.Expect nothing "newsworthy" from Quebec from that lot.

    • @MrAlsfan5
      @MrAlsfan5 5 лет назад +2

      Alright! I agree 100% with you. CBC constantly belttles Montreal in particular and Quebec in general. They constantly promote Toronto in the meantime.
