Bonjour Harleen, je m'appelle Akshay. Would you suggest someone to learn French in India or after coming to Canada as the govt pays? What if I learn and enrol anyway by pretending I don't know French and still make money from it? Does only Quebec pay to learn French?
Totally agree. It’s a great place but you need to bilingual. Else even if by any chance u get a certification but if don’t know how to communicate in French then you won’t be able to survive. Nice work Gursahib ❤
Dear Gursahib, I am a huge fan of your videos... I am the father of an International Student (French Graduate Gold Medalist from Delhi University) who shall be pursuing his P.hd. at the University of Montreal in January 2025. I find this video in negative shades and discouraging. Please avoid videos that create negative vibes. If someone lacks in French, it does not mean that place is not good. Keep doing good work and stay blessed ever, dear...
I am from Montreal Got PR from Quebec and done my citizenship from Quebec itself. My PR I’ve did my B2 French via PEQ But I wouldn’t say French is primary reason why ppl move One thing I would like to say to all new comers Montreal is a hub for Gaming and web development industries Pls note that Taxes are double compared to other provinces So even renting and other expenses are low compared to other provinces but taxes will equalise to the costs compared to other provinces. It’s good to have French for sure .. I swear québécois will appreciate you taking initiation speaking in French before them . I also agree it’s hard for an immigrant to manage studies , job and French at same time . But hey!! we chose to come to their land no one asked us . So yes it will be challenging .
The way you say hisaab kitaab its fab 👌 sometimes, I watch your videos for hisaab kitaab only 😂 kyunki itna acha hisaab kitaab hota hai ki apke content ka koi hisaab kitaab hi nahi hai best brother keep going so informative ❤
French folks are way more invested in making sure immigrants integrate with the wider society. Which is why Quebec hopefully won’t end up with large ghettos like Brampton Surrey or Milwoods
Ye didi to hmari district hai love from Yamuna Nagar I my also Australia refuse and decide to do my bachelor's here in India . After that , I will try again.
If you get into McGill or Concordia, top-notch colleges in Canada, it's a good idea to choose Quebec as your destination. These universities provide excellent opportunities for growth. However, if you're thinking about smaller colleges, it's something to weigh carefully. Learing French is always a viable option if you are in Canada. It will help in getting good opportunities.
Montreal is one of the best cities to live in Canada. The cost of living is extremely low compared to other metropolitan cities, there are a lot of job opportunities plus it is very socially active. Only problem people face is with french and PR. But the govt pays people to learn french with part time and full time options. Came here more than 2 years back and it was one of my best decisions ever.
In short, learn French to get job in Tim Horton in Quebec then move out to other province if you can't get B 2 level.. It's really surprising me that Indian students pay 25-30 lakh to do survival job in Canada.. Only 5-10% get good job or pretend to do good job.... As even most influencer are struggling for better future after 4-5 years in Canada....
It's true but if you think from the other side then working hard and learning B2 level French will put you aside from others. It is therefore the road less travelled and many do not pursue it. I am living in Montreal for more than 5 years now. I learnt French and got C1 level and trust me I am ripping all my hard work and efforts that I put back in the past.
I am from Montreal too. I love montreal. It’s cheap and easy going. Quebec just demands one thing for so many perks they are giving is to just learn french.
@@uwuniverse7232 bro you can easily get part time job but for professional jobs you need French. If you know french the this is the best place in canada you will find.
If you move to a providence with low immigration, you can risk running into difficulties with integration and racism. It is definitely still helpful to stick to areas where you know immigrant communities already exist
Nice video! I have a quick question here, how do you get paid to learn French? Do you have to live in Quebec, Canada to get this benefit and how to enrol for this French course? If you could help, that would be great! Thank you so much, best regards, Apeksha Dhingra
