Piyush is right - Health Benefits - Nothing is free you pay for it through your taxes (In ontario tax slab is as high as 45+%)
Waiting times at hospitals are at least 9-15 hours and everytime you will be asked to walk into emergency room. Good luck getting treated on time people have to face wait times of 6 months plus just for a minor surgery (keep in mind the heavy taxes you pay).
Homeless people all across the city
Rent is almost un affordable 2000+ for a studio apartment.
Rather stay in India or consider some other country for your high education...

The reason for this is too many migrants trying to scam the system, if you want to pay for your health care, move to the states $1500. per month per person.

Great video ! I've been here in Canada for past 6 years. This video is a harsh truth pill. I've seen so many students who are struggling as their WP is expiring soon and the job market is so bad, and to rub salt against the wound the CRS scores have been soaringly high......it's just not worth the risk to be here on a temporary visa at the moment. Hopefully things get better.....🤞🏼

Nice video! Guys this comment can be a little demotivating for you. I would suggest not to come to come to Canada. Canadian dream is nothing but a carrot on the stick. I do have a high paying job here but I am thinking of leaving this place. I came here as an international student as most of do. Following are the reasons why Canada does not have a future:
    1) They say Canada is a developed country. Their current infrastructure is as old as 2000s and they have not built anything new. Example: TTC subway, Pearson airport. When I came from India to Canada I felt like I came back 10 years. Just compare Mumbai, Delhi airport vs Toronto airport. Compare how many airports, roads were built in India vs Canada.
    2) Initially you could buy a house or a car with 0-3% interest rates. Now they are 6-9%. The salaries in Canada have not increased at all wrt the inflation. You are left with almost nothing atfer yuor expenses plus 30-50% taxes. Imagine you are working 4-6months in year for free for the government. Their medical system is so broken. What’s the use of paying such high taxes. Asl
    3) All the money is going to go the service of old aged people.
    4) As soon as immigration stops this country is doomed. They import everything food, people, literally everything.
    5) If you put same efforts as you would put here in Canada, I can guarantee you can have a better life in India.
    I regret coming here

Extremely good info .In last two years things have changed .I am sure they will change MORE rules/streams soon .earlier it was a food industry ,now it’s health care.People are studying HR and working as a care taker. It’s highly unpredictable. Now a days so many things are dependent on social media information.apart from own research . Now there is a trend of reverse immigration.all are making videos . Agar aisa video pehle aya hota m sure bahot sare log iss trap se bachate . People who are making videos got to know abt the reality after coming to Canada. No experience is waste . This is also an experience for people who are struggling. Everything happens for a reason . They will have better future somewhere .thats y things are not in their favour right now . Canada is not the only place on the earth . People learn it hard way, with or without PR .

Hey Piyush, Just saw this video today. Awesome work.. on point & precise !!
I guess if we saw this video before sept 23, it would have had increased our chances for PR.
My wife move to canada for the september intake this year. She is studying Project Management from Algoma university. Everything went same as you said in video, consultant guided us that project management is in huge demand in canada. But now I am seeing most students now are going for study in project management same as before people use to go for global business management course.
I am in Process for dependent work permit application.

I understand, but there are a few things that are unclear. Suppose I find a course I am interested in the PNP list, I apply to a university for a degree corresponding to that course and I graduate after 3-4 years.
    1. What if the list has been changed by then and the occupation related to my degree has been removed?
    2. If it is still there, what will I have to do next for provincial sponsorship?

In 2023, Express Entry target is 88k. Number of ITAs (invitation to apply) is 110,000. IRCC over-drew on purpose because many ITAs won't be successful. Some changed their mind; some couldn't produce the necessary documents; some filed Express Entry incorrectly; some couldn't pass IELTS General; some failed to file PR on time; some misrepresented themselves (such as failed to report previous rejected visa applications and Express Entry filings); etc.

Nursing is regulated by province. In Ontario, it is CNO (College of Nurses of Ontario). If you graduated from Nursing overseas, the first step is NNAS (National Nursing Assessment Service) which can take 1 year. Some provinces' nursing governing bodies may accept substitutions such as WES and ICAS. You need to check your province's nursing governing body website. After NNAS, then you can write your NCLEX-RN exam and IELTS. Apply to province for nursing license. Find a nursing job in hospital of that province. Work 1 year in Canada and file Express Entry (CEC).

No commerce jobs are in the 82 prioritized occupations announced by IRCC in 2023. They won't qualify for category-based Express Entry draws with lower CRS cutoffs. You will need 500 and above CRS points to get ITA under general Express Entry draws. Your only hope is PNP. If you get PNP, you receive 600 CRS base points. On the other hand, if you would have studied in Ontario. Ontario has OINP Masters Graduate Stream for Master degree graduates from eligible Ontario public universities; no job offers required to apply.

No commerce occupations are in the 82 prioritized occupations list announced by IRCC for easier PR. So they won't qualify for category-based Express Entry. They qualify for general Express Entry with very high CRS cutoffs (500 and above). Your CRS score will need to be above the high cutoffs for ITA (invitation to apply). It is very difficult to achieve over 500 CRS score without the help of PNP. Your only chance is PNP; and PNP is different in each province. Look for a province with PNP friendly towards your occupation so you can get PNP after graduation. Study in that province. If you get PNP, you receive 600 CRS base points, making ITA almost a certainty.

It is not a prioritized occupation. This means that you need over 500 CRS points for ITA under general Express Entry draws. It is very difficult to get over 500 points without the help of PNP, LMIA, or French. Your best bet is PNP. You will need to look for a province that has easy PNP for your occupation (if any).

Not all provinces have master degree friendly PNP streams. Rules are different depending on the province so one has to be careful before studying Master degree in a province.
In federal Express Entry, it is more related to your occupation, not as much on your degree.

Hey Piyush Recently i visited one of the consultants in my area and they were pushing me for PG diploma and i had no clue and they kept saying tha you have 3 years of undergrad and you wont get masters and kept pushing me for the same course and then i went on to some other consultants and same i heard but here they gave me an option to persue masters with some conditions, could you please make videos on this. This is a very concerning thing in India even though you might be eligible for masters they push you for PG diploma's and its sad to see this. And you touching on how you could be doing masters in these 3 courses or something like that and go to consultants with these courses and universities is opening a big door for alot of people, and how it will be easy for PR and Yet it might not be too clear. Please touch on this topic.

Some schools can extend school days if they have too many snow days. Fall semester starts in last week of August; but some schools start in Labor Day holiday week. During your summer scheduled break, you can work full-time off-campus; provided you are allowed to work off-campus on your study permit and remain full-time student status.

You will lose valuable time in resettlement and getting used to a new province. Local employers prefer local students, not outsiders. Some provinces' PNP stream policies changed to excluded out-of-province PGWP holders from applying. Some provinces penalizes you if you are from out of province. For example, Manitoba PNP penalizes you if you graduated from another province (-100 points) and if you worked in another province previously during PGWP period (-100 points).

@@smwk2017 Ohh it's that difficult to get settled in another province because some students realised after coming to Canada that which province are better for them maybe they should have some scheme for students who wanted to change their province after study.

    • @smwk2017
      @smwk2017 11 месяцев назад

@@RiyazMakrani PNP is a provincial program. Most provinces want to take care of their own international students first; I can't blame them. Read the fine prints of a PNP stream before deciding on moving there; make sure that it is applicable for outsiders. Once arrived, change your driver's license ASAP to show proof of local resident.
