The most imp question is that if a person is studying so he is allowed to work just 20hrs a week as per new guidelines so how can he manage to make such sum of money
Full time work was allowed for students last year as per policy modification. Check IRCC.

I dont online but can call to ircc official number IVR and check with them with your UCI details and application number and can check status whether it is updated or not for wp. And still if you have doubt can speak with them. Usually busy line to speak. But from IVR automated response you will know.
