It was indeed extremely crystal clear.
But on contrary, few peograms like PBD in Fin from TRU are must ladders for students who are aiming and preparing for higher Professional levels such as pursuing CFA (Consonsidering the fundamental view point of students). Like PAL, province should collaborate with Universities to facilitate these unique courses (just an opinion).

Wht is someone submit study permit application before 1st Nov, outside canada but waiting for final decision, so PGWP rules are applied on not.

I spoke to my immigration specialist, I will be doing another certificate course in may next year but my study permit expires in April 2025. In this case I will have to extend and the new rules will apply to me. The immigration specialist said that I better apply for extension with an explanation letter before November.

Hi. I got Offer letter for post graduation diploma “Construction Project Management “ for Jan2025, however I have been deferred the program to May 2025 and the fee was paid. Unfortunately the course is not listed under PGWP eligible program based on CIP. No idea what is to be done., I was about to submit my study permit application by next month.

First Program - Personal Support Worker from May 2024 to December 2024 in Conestoga College Guelph Campus.
Second Program - Medical Office Practices from January 2025 in Conestoga College Doon Campus.
Submitted the Application of Study Permit Extension before 1 November, 2024 that is on 26 October, 2024 but I haven’t received any result yet it is under processing.
I came to know that my second program Medical Office Practices is not PGWP Eligible Program.

Doesnt matter when visa is granted. As long as you “APPLIED” before 1 Nov.

It all depends on when you apply for PGWP, i.e. before Nov 1 or after Nov 1? So even if you extend your study permit or not, it doesn't matter. Just make sure your program is eligible. That's it. If there was such a case of confusion, IRCC would have clearly stated it.

I Was applied for Early childhood education diploma at GB College, Just today I received an email from GB college that I'm not eligible for PGWP. Depending on the institution type PGWP for ECE may vary.

And I completed my program which was pgwp eligible (Project Management IT) and took 4 month break now and joining next course Cybersecurity from same college from January and I will apply for study permit before 1 nov because 1 semester fee is paid what should be the case then, because cybersecurity is not there in pgwp requirements
