Advise- If you want warm weather & beaches , rainy weather but expensive go to Vancouver If you want to settle down , affordablilty & convenience but colder than (bc on )city go to Calgary If you want best higher pay jobs, crowded vibe but expensive n cold go to Toronto
Why are you guys comparing only GST? Have you purchased products like normal grocery? Its 1.5-1.8x pricier than Ontario. Guys dont be fooled by this video.
What about the wages. Ontario has much higher rates. Grocery is also expensive in calgary. U paid less tax but grocery expensive hy. u didn't get school in every area. It oil prices hits mostly company reduce their employee base pay and they reduce working hours or as needed. This i never seen ontario. Plz also share this.
I moved from alberta to toronto. We talk about money and expenses but let me tell you honestly the vibe and energy I feel in toronto GTA is unbelievable. Sometimes its ok to spend more money if you feel more lively. When I am writing this comment, its already snowing in alberta and not in toronto.
I know Rishabh since 2018 when clear +2 and i think he was the first person who describe most of the thing about Canada, great person, and you also sir, your videos are superb and informative
There's an increase in wildfires every year, and the climate is very dry, leading to common issues like skin problems and dry eyes-affecting at least one in two people. Additionally, the area frequently experiences severe hailstorms. In winter, instead of using salt on the roads, they use gravel chips, which often damage car bodies and windshields as they fly up while driving. Because of these conditions, we've decided to move back to Ontario and sell our house here.
Regarding Indian restaurants, I would suggest you to visit more of North-East Calgary. I haven't been to GTA but didn't find any issue in finding variety of Indian food in NE. There are a lot of good places there. In Calgary, for jobs one should try working for Walmart, Superstore, Best Buy etc. These jobs are good with nice benefits.
@virgil : there is nothing called as canadian food . There is Italian, American steak, bacon and eggs, French, all form part of canadian food. Unless you are referring to indenegeous food or just poutine
@Virgil EXCLUSIVE smoked meat is a Texas invention. I could go on .. what is canadian bacon...bacon is bacon ...the most popular food ordered online and for takeout is ramen , sushi, pizza, burger and pasta . This is across most big cities in Canada
Ur every video is more than the previous one... U covered every that query which comes in mind of a student... Rishabs videos r in punjabi which can't be understood by non Punjabi students if it was in urdu would be much better... The rest thnx to both of u 🇵🇰❤️
Can anyone in Alberta confirm this? I’ve watched video after video, read articles, talked to people and everyone mentions the lower tax and how it’s so much cheaper out there. I haven’t heard this
@@shannonaitken6766 lived in Alberta for 2 years. I noticed this difference immediately after moving to Calgary from Brampton because I remembered some of the items prices. Of course, if you’re talking about an iphone or a nike shoes, their price is standard accross Canada so you’ll save some tax. But I noticed grocery, some random items, restaurant prices were slightly higher. Overall it’s definitely cheaper but it comes at a cost of living in a big city.

Had visited Calgary and really loved the Stampede, and Banff tour was really amazing. The GST rate is only 5% so it's very cheap to buy stuff.

That’s another reason I’m considering NOT to move to Alberta. I can’t handle the longer winters there

the base price of most of the commodities is higher than Ontario, that's why the final price with 5% and 13% taxes end up pretty much same.
