4.2k mmr Offlane Player here, the auto-pilot concept hit me hard. Knowing and being aware when we enter this "mode" and how to critically think/adjust in game will definitely set you guys up for big margins of success. Great vid 👍
Might not exactly be ur point but when i play Pos 3, my teammates, more often with party and somtimes solo , just pre assume im the tank and had to initiate fights and tank for them every fight !!! There are different pos 3 heroes which jst doesnt do dat right, its tilting, flamed me every time when im not in fights n they lost the fight , even when i was creating space and pushed out the lanes !!! Its brutal !!! Im always like " call me" or look what im doing and decide what u wanna do cos i might not be able to be there" ,ofc i never said it out on comms !!!
I am no coach but i am level 30 jugg same mmr as this guy, in my opinion the level 1 is the key, instead of being defensive and letting pheonix hit you with 4 fire spirits…. I would go hit him 2-3 times and directly spin on him and push him out of lane. In that 6-8 sec of fight his spirit would run out and he is now half hp with no spirits so you should farm actually offensively and whenever he try to talk up to cs hit him with 2 hits (since jugg have good animation). This way you would make him use all his resources level 1 and you are perfectly fine because you have healing ward and kotl mana at level 2 !! Just a suggestion hope it helps :)
Lol dotas just chess to checkers both still going strong but everyone's good at checkes so more ppl play....chess tho....is Peruvians and Russians......all trying to end the game at 12min and playing support as hard carry....so chess is difficult and difficult makes ppl quit I mean no spine how can ya stand up I think I get it but chess has soooooooooo much more to offer
Could you make another video explaining the dead lane concept in the current year, and when and why it becomes the "dead lane". I this video, when he leaves bottom to farm radiant triangle, you ask why he left bottom. He has no vision on botlane but you want him to go there. I understand he sees pheonix and ember mid and the lane botlane is currently free. But when does that lane become truly "dead" and off limits?
In my experience your safelane is 90% of the time going to be the dead lane. There will be moments where it will be safe, if you see x heroes on the map, or in this example you’re a jugg with spin TP with 0 cancels. You can literally play this lane for free and tp at the first sign of trouble. Otherwise just assume its a dead lane until you see that they can’t physically be there for like say 1 minute, then for 1 minute its not a dead lane. Also if your team is there then it isn’t that scary but generally you’re not going to have your team there unless you’re playing for a triangle invasion.
That’s nothing. I’ve cut my MMR in HALF!! I was around 3000-3200. I’m currently around 1600. Edit: my last game was Marci PoS 3 and I went around 19-11, out safelane was dominated early and I had their PoS 1 viper (lol viper PoS 1) 0-5 before slark came bottom and I went top against veng 4 pitlord 3. Slark ended with the highest gpm/net worth, but he was screwed hard early.

BSJ you should do a highlights-only series of bringing a 2k/3k/etc.. guy up to immortal. Maybe 10 episodes or so, 30 minutes each, with only the highlights of the coaching/games that were played during the ramp up. Your editor probably wouldn't be happy, but it would be excellent content.
I know BSJ is commenting on a fast forward, but maxing the ward instead of stats seems decent in this game, since literally all of the damage the opponent has is damage-over-time. If Jugg was not looking to fight, then stats would have definitely been better though.
That and i don't really get why people skills stats If you think +40hp 1 attack speed 1dmg 12Mana are worth skill point which is 100 gold for 2 branches btw then dunno what you're thinking
@@Youmu_Konpaku_ I can see the argument for jugg since in that part of the game his damage is mostly from spin anyway so maxing the crits won't help that much compared to the survivability.
@@Youmu_Konpaku_ do you think 2 stat points give you 1 dmg and 1 attack speed? More to the point, going 421 gives you 10 all stats pretty early -- 200hp, 10dmg, 10as, 120 mana. The damage is probably a wash, so it's basically 200hp and 120mp in exchange for 2 points in healing ward which is an easy choice.
At 7:35, you say that Jugg should have attacked the lane while Ogre is gone. But, the lane was going to push in Jugg's favor, bringing equilibrium closer to his tower. Why do we want to push in this case, instead of bringing it back to a safer position?
Pushing the lane is just more efficient than waiting for it to push in. Also, at 8 mins in, he won't be able to static the lane without taking massive harass. Best bet is to take whatever creeps are available when he can, otherwise gtfo until lane is back under his tower.
As a 4.9k player I can tell you this guy was not 4.7k, like they said he had some long time off, his laning was very poor, even for 5k standards. You're not wrong tho, PMA goes a long way

@@LodusVXI as a 4.9k player I'd expect you to know that players at a given mmr do not have a uniform skill level in every area. Laning is clearly not how he progressed. It's silly to judge a person's mmr like that.
@@DanKaschel some People are just good at something the others needs to work hard and still may never be at the same level. PMS in the 2nd case is even more important to Climb as high as possible. Thats my opinion. I know that if I am in the zone and I am focusing On my mistakes not the others the mmr is going up not down.

im totally confused...why should a jugg with ultimate farm away from his team? if team wants to do some random shit mid, at least he will be in the vicinity in case a team fight breaks out, and might choose to join, but can also choose to deal tower damage or farm dire neutral camps...should jugg not have ultimate isnt it still more effective to impose the tower damage threat top lane rather then just tping bot? ...i feel like tping is an instant tirgger point for the enemy to smoke into radiant as they clearly know jugg is not there..
u never want ur lanes pushed in, and there is a shit ton of farm waiting on a pushed up lane.. which is why, mid, and bot.. were key points there.. if enemy lanes are shoved, they will need a hero there, which creates 4v5 opportunities ... pushing lanes is dota's win condition.. the most basic thing

having ultimate is no reason to put yourself into disadvantageous situations just to be ready to fight. Up until minute 25-30 you want to farm a lot and take convenient fights.
I think his mistakes come from not watching the map at all. It kinda obvious in a couple of moments that the guy completely ignores the map. As when he makes tp top just to farm when he should have seen it already pushed out by SF while bottom is empty and they loose towers to creeps. I believe that many people are just like him and they're not stupid at all and if you give them those parameters that they should have seen on their own they will even make a good decision. Main point: please just focus on collecting information on the map because you can't think of any good moves when you don't have the info to decide.

Why is it that these pre-recorded gameplay when analyzed or watched back, uses the new patch terrain in which the said game wasnt played in,and looked all weird.....How did a pre recorded game uses a new patch terrain?? U get the idea right? How is that ?? Not jst in this video, ive seen many other old gameplay replays in which they walked all over cliffs and trees cos the terrain is already changed from patch !!! Is it because most replays are taken from the game replay downloaded files ???

PS: I feel that BSJ enter in rage mode when he sees so much potential in the players, I'm nobody however I would avoid this behavior when coaching someone live, sometimes he enters in the micromanaging mode, and depending on the person, might be more harmful than helpful. I hope this comes as constructive feedback. Thank you for doing this for the community.
BSJ offers a certain thing, and it is really valuable. Not everybody needs/wants that thing and that is okay. BSJ doesn't need to be what everybody needs, he just needs to be his best self.
I learned more from the def aggro can ya revisit how to lane like once a month 100% then NA gets S tier....frfr laning in low mmr is a joke it's a pit they pulls you in harder than discipline can help
Super helpful to me as an Archon 3 , i need this !!! I reached Crusader without any signifanct knowledge of map presence, pressure , right time to fight ,farming patterns etc ,as a carry player !!! But the thing is i love pos 3 lol !!! I just cant trust my pos 1 in solo Q most of the time lol !!! Dont act like u never felt the same !!!
its also the reason why as support, if u see empty lane like bot? dont leave it. ward then farm. just farm the area and make them think that ur always there. then tp when there is clash with bonus farm. if they say ur just farming as support, then they are trash carry who only wants to kill and kill without objectives and leave lanes open. going with them will result in catastrophic defeat in clash because as support u have no items. ward and wand aint items.
