One thing I loved about this video is the mix of hot/could weather inspo. A lot of the pinterest photos where for more winter/fall inspo, but the outfits you styled where more sping/summer. Love that there is a little for everybody❤
YES PLEASE! i live in a tropical country and i struggle with layering all the time.. sometimes i'd just go for it even when i'm sweating like crazy 🤣

The late 90s fashion was so stinking amazing. Everyone mixes it in with y2k but it has its own vibe. It is more London club crossed with Drew Barrymore (from that time period). And oh yeah the metalic silver was everywhere.
Gloves! All things asymmetric or just looks really punk and DIY. My dream style is just looking like someone threw me in a trash container and I emerged looking amazing haha! I've also seen a LOT of tartan skirts over trousers and little lace asymmetric skirts over trousers-- which I love!
Literally so thankful for these videos because I lurv fashion but it all happens on TikTok and Pinterest and I’m so damn busy with work I can never dedicate the time I’d like to delving into it myself

Ooh yes, it’s probably because of algorithms but trends feel more individualized now that it is kinda just in our own worlds lol. For me, it’s a lot of plaid, red, patchwork, and ruffles! I didn’t even know some of your trends were going on, it’s cool how people can indulge in different styles without the pressure to conform because there isn’t a singular style to conform to anymore.

for me, the only thing trending in my world/wardrobe are asymmetrical ponchos. I keep finding cool ones at the thrift store and they're fun to layer with :) its like wearing a blanket

My engagement ring is an opal too! Be careful with it; it's a soft stone and I guess you're supposed to take special care of it. (Mine is cracked 😅)

Yes, you have to be really careful with them! My mum got me a beautiful opal pendant and it slipped off the chain onto a tiled floor and cracked.. I still wear it though 😊
