There's nothing more efficient than peanut butter for weight gain, 700g jar for £1.27 on amazon pantry, 618 calories and 24g protein per 100g, 4326 calories for that price is good shit, obviously you aren't going to eat a whole jar that's not what i'm getting at all, but 2/7 you've got 1236 calories and a half decent protein content, that's not that much actual quanitity to eat, i just sit there with a spoon and eat it from the jar in minutes, so easy, i just make sure the rest of my calories are lean because of the fat content, meals with chicken or 95% lean mince drained usually, some veg, job done, if you can't put on weight with peanut butter, you must be an Everest Sherpa or something.

Intensity is simply making an exercise more difficult, causing more stimulation, greater pump and contraction.
