  • Centuries ago, a chef creates the first great cookbook memorializing his meals cooking for popes and royalty. It serves as a blueprint and survives to this day. Now, large factory farms produce food for the masses but they’re terrible for the environment. In an attempt to remedy this, chefs and scientists are working together to create a future where what we eat is as sustainable as it is delicious. But how far will modern science go? Are we heading towards a future where every ingredient is grown in a lab?

    I am all for lab grown meat, or insect/plant based meats.... Now, waste-based food? That's where I draw the line!!

    Wasn't the problem with cell based meat the shortage of the liquid solution dedicated to the growth of the meat?
    The liquid was amino acid or something, wasn't it?

    So if is lab grown meat you are basically eating chemicals right?? Why now the wrong it's right??
