I have this. But it doesn’t go as much down arm as it does upper back and chest.

Hello dear Paul Marquis, I've been having neck problems with a clicking sound. I have been using laptop a lot. Lately, when I speak too much, I get a brain fog, some tiny balance problems, tingling in fingers and I feel very stressed like a panic attack. Is the feeling related to the neck? The only I can fix this is to sleep for some hours if I can. Pain is very mild but The feeling lasts that I can not continue working.

Hi Armin, I don't think these symptoms are related to the neck. You should see your doctor about these symptoms.
