    Maybe it's more bone retroversial and soft tissue thing (about GIRD)? Because in video you don't even check the posterior shoulder capsule laxity..

      I had never heard about GIRD before and have had a few people look at my deficit, I can barely get my hand to touch my right buttocks. Some have suggested sleeper stretch but I’m not sure what to do. I play tennis and now can’t really serve or hit my forehand with any spin or power.

    I tore my posterior labrum 3 years ago so i had it fixed via surgery. I have piss poor internal rotation on that shoulder. When i tried the 2nd stretch my shoulder dislocated posteriorly for a split second lol. So whenever i try to loosen my posterior shoulder my stability decreases greatly :(
