I recently purchased this machine from JoAnne Fabrics. I like the fact that you don't move too fast as you explain the instructions. I am looking forward to using the Jade 20.

I’m having trouble with the threading of the machine in the last few steps. Is there a way to do a close up of those tiny parts right before it’s threaded through the needle?

Check out pages 15 & 16 in the manual. Those close ups might be what you need.

wonderful. I am subscribed. Please cover the tension of the machine... I can't seem to get mine correct. I am truly terrible with machines. NOT my strong point. I love the Jade 20... but the tension problem is driving me to despair . OH, and where do I find bobbins? I need more bobbins, I've come up with information that says 'class 15 bobbins. My old 945 Husqvarna bobbins don't seem to work. (they are for class Husqvarna class 6 machines) I'd love the green ones! 😃

I'm not sure why you're having issues with tension? I haven't had those problems. I purchased the green bobbins from sewingpartsonline. They are Class 15 and work perfectly. They're pretty too. I primarily purchased green to make sure I use the proper bobbins with the Jade 20 since I own many machines.
