Stacking firewood is art form. It would drive me nuts to look at those boards sticking out at an angle! I honestly enjoy building the "crisscross" ends on a free standing stack of firewood.
Why don't people just use wood pallets? You can readily get them for FREE on craigslist. Companies are always giving them away, so they don't have to throw them in the garbage. Just spray them with used motor oil to preserve the wood, and line them up on the ground with cheap T-posts on the ends. You can stack all the wood you want.
"Wood" love to see a vid about the fireplace conversion if possible!
👍🏾 Great vids btw
Very lengthy process! I plan to do a video on that though!
Thanks for watching!
Wow! What great information!!!

Quality video and excellent reuse of the wood from the deck!
Great use of those old deck boards!
Very smart design. Great video!
At least you are getting some use out of those hackberries!
I’d hate to be a tree on your property 😂
As long as you’re not a hackberry, you’re safe!🤣
Racks on racks!
I think you could’ve used a couple more screws😜
Why not make it a little longer to make it your new fence?😮
