Might have to just load her up with the rainbow aux gear and an autoloader upgraded to +7 for a blend of dmg and reload. The gun is slower than a turtle crawling through glue.
My favorite ships to use are the Cleveland sisters. My favorite has always been Biloxi since she has the best individual performance and her skills activate 100% of the time. Montpelier's new special aux gear just made her completely irrelevant. I'm hoping Biloxi gets a retro soon.
She's gonna be good in META since she does a lot of damage obviously, I don't play PvP but I'm sure she'll be good there too since there's a lot of viable AA support nowadays like Vanguard/Juneau
