I always knew Tamaki was good, she's never performed poorly for me. But I usually have my fleets on autosearch so I never really knew why she was dealing so much damage until now.

Daisen should actually be under Gascogne in acceptable, I forgot that she wasn't even able to really do 1 fight out of ammo in that run but maybe in a luckier run she could

I have Jintsuu META at 125 and use her a lot. She is definitely mid-low A at least imo. Haven't used her in the end game campaign maps and I'm not sure she would do well there but in boss fights (and exercises if that counts) she's been good. I think of her as kinda just a better Noshiro. Slightly lower HP is made up for with the zombie skill. Better skills and better important stats (RLD, TRP, FP is the same as Noshiro). Noshiro is a better waifu though.

I'm late, but I'd also love to hear your input on washington because she is cute. And on the topic of using specific ships for specific roles like this. I find it harder and harder to keep track of which ships do what. Tier lists are fun and all, but at this point they are useless unless split into actual roles, not just ship types like "this kind of shelling mob fleet main backline ship", "boss dps againat light armor", "*heavy armor boss" or "vanguard tank", "vanguard dps against mobs", "vanguard dps againat medium armor boss" and so on. Any thoughts on that? There are many ships that I lowkey want to use because I used them years ago but honestly I have no idea how they are holding up now. Champagne for example. Izumo got new life due to augment, but what about regular Bismarck or even Tirpitz? I'm too dumb and honestly dont have the time to even attempt to test these myself, I just do dailies and log off. So far I'm using the tips to iterate my setup towards victory. I'm 36% on the chapter meaning I won 3 times out of many tries sadly. All 3 succesfull runs were done where I used my "boss fleet" to clear both air support fleets and then the second boss while the "mob fleet" was there to clear everything else. But it really feels like it's just a fluke than actually viable strat. I can also manage a sub 1 minute clear with boss-fleet on the first boss but my issue is that whatever I do, the boss fleet vanguard dies on the last boss. Somehow I have to reinforce them with timing, but then again sometimes the timing comes out really good the first round. Alternative would be to have the main fleet being a babysitter for the vanguard who brings most of the dmg, as they are not as reliant on timing.

These logs are great, they help me choose which SSR BBs to invest my cog chips in. Also do you plan on doing tests with other hull classes like CVs?

I think putting the converging torpedo bomber on Unicorn only works in Rodney Meta's case because Rodney Meta is pulling out so much AOE/non-targeted damage that Unicorn only needs to finish of the tanky BBs that got missed. Also Rodney Meta doesn't get rushed by suicides because her summons stops the ships by ramming them allowing Rodney Meta to kill them

Worth noting is that Constellation is a BC which can be valuable for hard mode/event requirements. Worth a bump for that alone. Best BC in the game? Also no off-flag penalty for Stella. Minor loss for off-flag on Owari for her non-aimed barrage (but still great off-flag).

given Tamaki and Marco have run into the same problem after going very strong in the first 5 fight, i dont see how you can rate them so differently. given the reasoning you used to give tamaki such a high ranking i would only make sence to use the same reasoning in Marcos case. If she angaged a escort instead of a Battleship note the fleet would have been fine, since her barrage like tamaki is stronger against light armor.

i love your videos but your statement that flapjack is cheaper to craft is wrong for a lot players. The biggest blocker for people who have been playing for less than about 1 year or less than 2 years is the SR Top Secrets which makes The Flapjack considerably more difficult to build than the TigerCat. I can understand why you'd consider Flapjack cheaper given you have over 500 top secrets but it unfortunately doesnt apply for most players. Ive been clearing opsi every month for over 8 months now, and finish every month obtaining about 12k voucher, and i complete every boss, every fortress and beat both arbiters but im always out of SR Top Secrets as I also need them to convert into the UR top secrets for UR gear. I play together with 7 friends of mine and we all have the same identical problem with gear crafting SR military grades and SR Top Secrets. That being said, I did learn what i wantd from yoru video, namely to see a good comparison between Hellcat and Flapjack AA damage. A while back i went and switched to hellcats and 0 regrets so im probably going to stick with them.

IMO the numbers of Indiana mixed with higher fleet hp suggests her damage spreads around to the point vanguards kill a lot of enemies generally resulting in lower amount of enemies living to damage people, thus I see her as a ship that clears the way for second fleet with ships like Owari that focus damage on one target being more effective against bosses. Since most activities during events have us use two fleets both are useful for different parts of the same job.

Enjoying these videos, the Indiana results are very interesting.

Somehow seeing Gascogne again gave me a Watarase meme fleet idea using her as flag to trigger Watarase's barrage due to her separate firing. Well it didn't work since Watarase has 5s cooldown between activations but it gave me an idea to use Champagne instead. Using the fastest KMS gun, it's 7s between each salvo so there's essentially no damage downtime (tho you'd lose the IJN requirement for dmg buff). Just thought I'd share this since you've convinced me Watarase is broken.

Never regretted oath 200-ing Constellation; she's really underrated among the SSRs.

I'm just happy that Constellation actually is pulling a lot of weight despite not many people (that I've seen) interested in raising her. I've seen a lot of fanfare about Owari being one of the top gold BBs and I'm glad she's very close to that.

What about Alvitr? She was doing great for me in chapter 14

What's the logic behind the STAAG on the vanguard ships? I would've thought the +10 to Hit would only be helpful for very heavy vanguard ships, which Kazagumo and Mogador aren't.
