I have a question: How do you use Kronstadt effectively? Do you use her as a main tank, or in some other way? I’ve tried using her, but she always seems to die very quickly. She doesn’t seem as durable as Agir or Anchorage.

She's just a statstick. Deals damage and is tanky. Not as tanky as those two but deals more damage.

he's not importing a json file. under import there are three buttons for each tierlist.
