Shield Fighter Armors (Marth ring) Armored Beacon/Blaze etc Saviors (Ike) Melee Cavs (Sigurd) Melee Inf (Sigurd or Celica) Galeforce (Sigurd, Celica, Marth) AOE users (Marth) As for notable users of Lyn's ring, strong nukes that have little defensive profile like Winter Shez is an example. Nergal can facilitate instant buff stealing if Dosage is not active. Its also worthy to note that even Ranged Cavs could technically run this even though they already have a threat range of 5, to shoot over Ice tiles. Units like Ninja Lucina or Brave Bernie (although they probably want to abuse their Canto and a Miracle build with Marth)

3:58 the problem with them selling Lyn as a Fjorm counter is that they're ignoring that the most common seal on Fjorm is Hardy Bearing and I don't think Lyn is surviving if Fjorm gets a counter attack, and if Lyn runs the miracle build that Brave Bernie/Ninja Lucina does then she's losing Astra Storm and her boosted potent damage.

I feel like an underrated aspect of this is that your nukes can now initiate with team support vs needing to be sent out far away and away from great supports like seteth or fallen maria, and makes something like Dual Strike much much easier to pull off for an initiating nuke. Fallen maria or Ymir in particular makes a far savior like duo fjorm a much easier kill without having to sacrifice a nuke's special for miracle.
Tried to come back to the game in november after a 3 years break but all these crazy long effects and the fact the weapon triangle isn’t really important anymore just makes this a mess to get back into again… And I’m sad about that because I love Fire Emblem and Fire Emblem 7 is my absolute favourite FE game with Lyn being my favourite lord. Man… I just wish the game would be much more digestible and easier to get into..

Oh goodness, that warping nuke seems very crazy, considering that Emblem Lyn moves 6 spaces, but hey, who knows? it might be useful for PVP game modes like Summoner Duels S when you are having trouble defeating harder opponents, i am hyped to try.. but i have a feeling it's going to be a PVP game changer.
There is some debate over whether the AI can use it. I don’t think they’ll be able to, but it’s worth noting that they stated that it can be used in auto battle.
@@FEH There is an explanation article in the news tab named "Update: Preview Video Supplement: About Style" which says "*Note: AI opponents, such as defensive teams in Aether Raids, may also use Styles during battles*" under the "How to Use Style" section. We may be cooked
spd taker makes sense out of why brave alfonse doesn't great talent spd; also... spd taker fem shez (leg only cause the others are cav) so swift slices are easier to trigger lol
So... will it synergize with Flared Sparrow and Assassin's Strike? Also, with Bernadetta being there, you can give Curved Shot and Assassin's Strike to an arcane Alcryst or Tana
it should. if it counts the distant counter skills then prime should as well. the dc skills technically have a condition too, that the foe has to initiate. but we’ll see whenever the datamines drop
I know this was a month ago, but I still want to share. 😂 If A!Hector suffered enough debuffs, and E!Lyn have enough supports, then it's doable. I made a mistake of not including a unit that has cleansing effect for stat penalties (Mine would be Ninja Celine) in Aether Defense, and my A!Hector got killed by E!Lyn even with Shield Fighter, Briar A/D Far Save and E!Ike Ring build. 😂
It's cliché at this point, i know, but just have to say this is one of the things that is especially destructive to the health of the game . Gotta make you wonder what kind of longevity of the game IS is looking at. They be playing bowling with cannon at this point.
Yea, I mean another Lynn in the game is always hype but this looks so toxic I have to puke. Going into Arena or several other different modes it is sometimes so unfun with these kinda units.
@@punk4rockorz tbf, I don't believe the AI will be able to run this, so AR-D and Arena will only get the additional damage from the Ring and Lyn will be a basic 2-ranged unit. The notifications mention it does work with Autobattle though

Questions: 1) how will this work with AoE specials? 2) will this be blocked by duos hindrance? (Or maybe by a new upgrade to duos hindrance?) 3) is there any chance Lyn survives a retaliation from the hardy bearing shield fighters?

Last time someone told me Green odds are better than normal on a Green Bow Lyn, I spent 500+ orbs and not even one green 5*. Admittedly in hindsight this was a blessing
I don't know, I don't see her as huge of a threat to be in the same tier as Lucina, if you can counter Celica you can totally counter Lyn I change what I said, this thing will work on ARD too…
Thing is with Celica is she’s fragile and once warped she is left open, same with the ring. Lyn you can attack without being put in harms way and be a comfortable distance away from danger
