You should put heatshrink and cloth tape around the part of the wire they goes under the rear seat and under the pump cover so it doesn't worn out from vibrations and short everything. I made the same for my Evo 8 as I ran a thicker gauge wire for constant 12V to the pump instead of the variable OEM voltage.

I run that turbo manifold gasket that has a heat shield built into it , topped off with some heat reflective tape 🤙 for plastic valve covers.

I was genuinely wondering the exact same thing. In my mind I would think that it would go before the rail to regulate how much fuel goes to the injectors but I've never installed one...

Answer me one question pls bro … why do uk tuners refuse to tune our evo x with anything but a stock turbo unless forged ?
I have a jdm import Gsr manual are the rods really that weak ? Please someone do a test to finally put this to bed we need the breaking point in black and white .

So the flex fuel kit .. I just got one installed few weeks ago and my tuner told me I don’t need to drained either gas I can run 50/50 25/75 anything as the car will recalculate based upon ethanol content .. When I hear you say you need to be empty I wonder .. my tuner / builder is one of the best Evo builders in the East coast .. but yea what are your thoughts ?
