    Hi Mike thanks for such an informative video, I can't seem to get the sound I would like, as I am just doing test footage for fmp I thought I'd test it with my phone mic could this be the problem or something else?

    • @MikeRussell
      @MikeRussell  2 месяца назад +1

      Hi there! Using a phone mic for recording can definitely impact the quality of your audio, try using a higher quality microphone for a more authentic vintage radio sound.

    Can the similar thing work in Audacity?

    • @MikeRussell
      @MikeRussell  7 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, it is possible to achieve a vintage sound in Audacity, though it may require some additional processing steps and different plugin settings compared to the Premiere Pro tutorial.

    • @MikeRussell
      @MikeRussell  9 месяцев назад +1

      No, there isn't a specific app for achieving a vintage radio voice effect or Premiere Pro but you can achieve it as shown in the software.

    Dang it, if your presets were only $50.USD I would have bought them. I can't justify the experiment since I don't read smoothing because of Dyslexia and being 69 and broke. Oh well. I'll have to learn myself then hope I remember what I learned.

      DaVinci is for sure superior, but for some reason the newer versions don't even open in my low-cost laptop... so... Premiere it is!
