I pulled today (Friday) before seeing this, but we were on the same mind Colred. I had saved about 15 Ancients during the 2x last week in anticipation of the new fusion. Pulled all 40 I had saved today along with 2 Sacred. Have about 300 points left I'll do with mysteries as I feed for Champ chase. 4 epics from Ancients, Ruella being new was the only standout. Maybe one of the other 5 epics made a faction guard pair. I'd happily take your dupes today, Husk would be new and very welcome. Thanks for the great content as always!

I went with your Ancients plan for the Summon Rush, I had 30 Ancients, so that saved a couple of Sacreds. I did get Mausoleum Mage, who I did not have, and I few other Epics, most of which went as Faction Guardians.
I pulled 6 sacred shards as I wanted to keep my 14 ancients for the summon rush. I'm glad you pointed out that there may not be a 2x sacred this weekend as it's not yet confirmed. I would however also say that even if there is a 2x sacred that they could possibly be draining all the shards away because they may either release a Titan/Deck/Path event for the soul straight after requiring shards, or they may even pull a Narses and release a guaranteed for a Mutt that goes with Packmaster. I have an odd feeling about this fusion that it could be the latter. Just a feeling though.
Interesting thought. If there is a guaranteed hound after the fusion, and it requires shards to get, I'm probably out of luck. That's okay though. As a F2P player, I tend not to get worked up about the after-fusion events. I'll still try to be efficient on the off-chance, of course. Thanks for the comment!
you never need to use gems to buy masteries, you do it for your starter champion and then you run minotaur. I have done it for a few legendaries, but stopped doing it once I got a team that could farm minotaur stage 15 with 4 champions. It takes about 600 gems worth of energy refills to get all the masteries for a single champion running minotaur 15, thats 200 gems you save pr. champion, that's a lot.
I farm mino constantly, and it is more efficient, but as a CC, sometimes I need to prepare a champ instantly for content, so I have no choice but to spend gems.
I ended up pulling 25 voids going for siphi. I did not have the amount of ancients I wanted after pulling for Gnut (most wanted champ). Did not get siphi, but got my first maneater. I def wanted to save my sacreds for the 2x, so i will have 12 going into next weekend.
Obviously Gnut is a game-changer, so that was a good decision. Congrats on the Maneater - sorry you didn't get your Siphi. I hope you can complete the fusion!

I've gotten careless because of a lucky period and I've fallen for the progressive "let's pull one more shard" trap, so I've burned all my Ancients and sacreds without much to show (went deep into my sacred mercy and got a dupe Yannica for it 😢). I've got enough fragment champs for the champ chase though, but I still need to git smart again with pulling and save up my shards 😅
Yeah, gotta get back to those winning habits - only pull shards when absolutely necessary! We all hear that siren song, though. *maybe THIS shard is the winner!* 🧜♀️
Pulled Ghostborn out of 10 sacreds. Will see where to use his urresistable decr down. I was hoping for dutchess or my most desired Hydra champ: Nekmho! I still regretting not going for him on the guaranteed but i was depleted at the time
Yeah, Plarium likes to offer the guaranteed champs right after draining our resources with something else - trying to incentivize spending. As a F2P player, I just have to shake my head and carry on. Sorry about the Nekmo. I hope Ghostborn adds some value to your roster. Thanks for the comment!
Pulled all my 13 sacreds for Gnut progressive chance. Got 3 legos: Thomb Lord, Ragash and Rotos. Probably I am going to fail this fusion but I will try to get as many fragments as I can anyway. Good luck all on your fusions!
Congrats - those are actually 3 very good legos! I will say this though - if you know you're going to fail the fusion at some point, bail out and start saving resources for next month. It happens to everyone from time to time, so don't sweat it. ✌️

For me quality of legendary was way more valuable than quantity so I maxed out summon rush to get elva whom I have wanted for a long time! Fed up of getting legendary champions going to vault
Congrats on Elva! There is a good argument to be made for quality legendaries, but that often depends on the luck of your account. On the flip side, even mediocre legos can be useful in faction crypts, doom tower, and Sintranos. I do lean a bit more toward your reasoning though - knowing what champion you can get allows you to use your resources in focused attempts to improve your roster in meaningful ways. I don't pull during regular progressives, unless there's another event attached to it, like in this case. Geo would be nice, but he honestly doesn't move the needle much for my account at this point. I'd just love to check that box once and for all! Thanks for the comment! 🫡
In 150 ancients I got Saito (meh) and Nekmo (nice). Also Shemnath. Not too shabby. I think I'll finish the summon rush to the final milestone with sacreds
Ouch! Except when absolutely necessary (like for a fusion), I highly recommend you save those shards for 2x events! It's so painful otherwise - i know from experience. 😢I wish you better luck with your next batch of pulls! 🍀
Pulled sacreds and ancients just for those Mythic Tomes, 3 tomes for 1 event is really good. Got super lucky and pulled Duchess. Overall happy to skip the next one now
I completed the summon rush. I needed the lego books terribly. Picked up Shemnath on the way to not getting Duchess (again!),. One day, I might catch one of these legos on a progressive lol. Looks like you still need to do a gear cleanse :) I mixed it. Pulled sacreds for SR points yesterday, pulled ancients for Duchess today and got the 3 lego books on the way. Your sacred epic pulls were WAYYY better than mine. All I got was faction guardians and 4 star chickens..
I did a gear cleanse. Then I did another today. The problem is that even a thorough gear cleanse only clears me about 70-80 spots of inventory. I need to start gearing all my 40s at this point just to clear some space. Sorry you missed your duchess - I guess we'll both have to wait awhile longer.

Uugo is highly useful in Hydra, so congrats! She'll massively improve your performance there right away. She's also useful in a few other places, especially if you don't have another good dec DEF champ. Enjoy!
