Stage 17 is normal Fyro. Tainted Fyro is Hard Mode. If you're looking to beat normal, you want a lot of hits to break the shield, and then you use Turn Meter reduction on him so he never gets a turn (a dec. speed is useful to help this). So, Coldheart and Alure are MVPs here. For hard mode, the most typical strat is to take in champions with multi-hit freezes on their A1 and combine them with 2 ally attackers. That will give you the hits you need to break the shield, and the freezes give TM reduction. I've got a few videos on FK. Just do a search on my channel, and you should find something useful. There's no particular strategy. If you want more stats, you need to collect 6-star gear as much as possible, and then just roll and hope you hit your sub-stats the right way. Of course, you can also build stats into all of your champions by building your great hall. That's about all there is.

Loki isn't meant to be a damage dealer - he's a support. So, even though he can do a little damage, that's not his role. You'd be better of building him tankier, with plenty of ACC.

There was a glitch for a while that allowed you to see how much you spent in game, but it's been patched. Maybe HH used that? The only other way I could see to maybe find out how much someone has spent is to go through their Google Play account receipts, but that feels less certain to me (because it doesn't include Plarium purchases, etc).

I think you could say that about any dungeon, though, right? And the event dungeon has much, much better drop rates than the classic dungeons. Also, remember that we're not really going for crazy pinpoint gear - we want the accessories. The more of those you can grab, the better. Thanks for the comment!

Yes, it is. The classic dungeons have become such a waste of time and energy overall. They're only good from the early to mid-game, and even then they aren't really great. Personally, I think of them as silver farms, and that's it.

That's true. Once you get to a certain place with your gear, it becomes incredibly difficult to find statistical upgrades. That's yet another reason why Pinpoint accessories are so important - those set stats are guaranteed.

That would be tough. Maybe Venus, or anyone else who brings an AoE decrease DEF and an AoE weaken on the same skill. There aren't many champs who do that.

You'd have to judge for yourself, but I'd say it's a likely "yes." You'll still have a shot at 5-star gear and even 4 star gear can fill a need in a pinch. Remember, the set bonuses don't care how many stars the pieces have.

I agree with you. I think most people do too, but there's still a vocal minority that disagree, and feel pretty strongly about it. I think the hubbub on this one is already starting to die down (thankfully). I hope that Boozor is feeling better about everything this week. Well, friends can disagree and still be friends. I did contemplate this decision for a long time before ultimately deciding to go for it. I recognize your reservations. I just think that, when all is said and done, it felt like a F2Per who has saved resources for a good champion should use those resources to get the champion.

Okay. Without knowing more, all I can say is that it sounds like maybe the team comp isn't yet complete. You still have to cover all your bases with consistent provoke and hex debuffs, plus have solutions for the heads of torment and wrath. Once you've got all the pieces in place, and a nice Trunda build to boot, she should do quite a bit more damage. I hope that helps. Good luck!

I hear you, but I disagree with the premise that the game is not made for F2Pers. F2Pers represent the largest portion of the game's player-base. Some F2Pers are just checking the game out, but would be willing convert to spending in the long run if the game is good (this is always the main goal). Some will provide the game with positive word-of-mouth advertising - potentially bringing in new spenders through their referrals. F2Pers also provide a backdrop of comparison for spenders. How would a spender feel like he/she has gained a benefit by spending if they didn't have a baseline to compare it to? Finally, because there are so many F2Pers who play the game, the game's reviews in the various digital stores will be strongly influenced by the F2P experience. I think companies, like Plarium, that abuse their F2Pers over and over will eventually pay a hefty price in terms of the long-term reputation and health of their games. So, while punishing your F2Pers in favor of your spenders may be profitable in the short-term, I think it's a bad business model. It's also just d*ckish.

@@ColredPlaysRSL I agree with you that developers need FTP players, for the reasons you mentioned above, but the main money comes from a small share of donators, and since the main goal of the company is money, then the game is created for those who bring this money. It is the initial 30-40 levels of account development that create a positive impression for beginners, which are designed to attract the player himself and his referrals to the game. After all, the game is really interesting at first, has deep mechanics, is full of content and is made at a high technical level. And here the true essence of Plarium is revealed - they are manipulators who use human psychology and a quality first impression for profit, without fair compensation for the player. Surprisingly, at least in Ukraine, they already have a negative reputation in the gaming environment, but still attract new players and keep old ones. In my opinion, thanks to these successful manipulations. So I'm not surprised by their focus on donators or FTP players nerfs

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. In other words, there are different efficiencies to consider. For DD points, 20 is the most efficient. For the quality of drops, per energy, stage 24 is significantly better than 20, and slightly better than 25. If you go rewatch the Saph video you mentioned, you'll see what I mean.

Lol! Yeah. That's my highest ACC champ - probably 150-200 more ACC than I have on anyone else. But I've seen higher on spenders accounts. Still, feels good as a F2Per to be able to put that kind of build together every once in a while.

Nah, all the work was for a team that has 100% success rate on stage 30! But yeah, feels bad when the piece is trash, no matter what else is going on.

I've sold all my 5-star rings that aren't already rolled up. I'm only keeping 6-star rings that have all 3 stats in % form. I've also all of my 5-star amulets and banners that aren't basically perfect (or at least heavily glyphed out).

I'm not sure what's up here. Are you mad at me for something? I think Pinpoint gear is good, especially the accessories. If you don't agree, that's fine. Don't farm the dungeon.

I like the idea of being able to forge accessories. However, while, like you, I hate the drop rates in dungeons for good gear, the bad gear all turns into silver. I think if Plarium took away ANY sources of silver, my account would suffer. Silver is always a bottleneck for me. Thanks for the comment!

Yeah, I think it would be cool if the special set accessories were added to hard mode Spider (for instance).

Stage 20 should get you lots of good options. I actually don't mind 5-star Pinpoint accessories, because the extra set stats make up for the loss of a star level, and you still get to control at least SOME of the stats you're getting, just by selecting which set bonus you go for.

If you can get some 4-star accessories, that may be worth it anyway. The set bonuses don't care how many stars your gear has.

I doubt it. You've already got a 100% chance at the accessories, plus a 1 in 6 chance at the artifacts. That's almost as good as a 2x.
