I love pie dough or biscuits but my family prefers biscuits. I love making quick homemade cheesy plop biscuits lol, I don’t roll them out or cut them up, I just squish the dough together and plop a glob on top and it comes out almost like a large dumpling! So good! Especially if you try different cheeses like Monterey pepper jack, Swiss, Parmesan garlic, never can be an endless amount of options!
My momma used to make this when my siblings and I were kids 30-40 years ago. We always loved it! I’m gonna make it soon, haven’t had it in quite awhile. Thanks for reminding me of my sweet momma! 💕
I keep seeing all these comments where people say they've never seen boiled eggs in a pot pie. Honestly, neither have I. However, my mom has always put boiled eggs in her chicken and dumplings, and potato soup....so I don't know why they wouldn't be good in a pot pie. Gonna have to try this!!!

I'm gonna have to try this recipe. I currently have an easy pot pie in the oven that I used a drained can of Veg•all, drained canned chicken, can cream of chicken soup, & bisquick dough on top. Hopefully it tastes ok because this is the first time I've made it. Also, my family I ate at your restaurant in Sevierville/pigeon forge Tn area back in the spring and everything was delicious!!!!

Hi Paula ❤️ My daughter and I love to watch your recipes and it looks great! We also do a lot of cooking and baking, but there's one thing I must tell you that we don't do in the kitchen and that is, touch our face or scratch our nose. There's a little dust and oil on everyone's face and since you're cooking, if you have to touch your face, you have to show your audience that you wash your hands. We do the same thing, because food will spoil very quickly if there's germs in the food. If you wash your hands a lot while touching the food you're cooking, the leftovers will last for three days instead of two and taste as if though you just cooked it, because it's germ free. Add an layer between with creamy mash potatoes 👌🏼 and top off with lurpak butterd white brioche bread topping with maldon salt and fresh herbs. Girl you would love it. Plus I love to make more of a broth ragout and I like to add nutmeg in mine as well🤗

How exciting to see that round silver butter dish on your counter. I have one like it that was a wedding present to my grandmother and I am 74 so it has a little age on it. Pot pie looks good too and I have been craving that.

Have no prob getting my nieces and nephews eating veggie. I put them in cookies. Pot pie I sometimes use fried chicken. Sometimes cheap canned biscuits.
Wanted to share a little help with runny nose. My husband is an allergist and I have the same nose dripping like you. A once a day nose spray, Ipratropium, changed my life! It's just enough to keep the constant runny nose at bay without feeling to dry. No more keeping a tissue in my pocket:))

I use. Bechamel sauce with my filling and a puff pastry 🥮 for the crust. I only use white meat…
