The new forest is wonderful, the campsites are some of the best we've stayed at and we have been caravanning and motorhoming for over thirty years my only complaint is people not picking up there dog mess .

Oops. Easily done and at least you got it sorted. I have been parking on the side of the road in the forest for 30 years on the odd weekend, dont need a campsite, never had a problem, mind you they are blocking more and more of the parking areas off now, but its still easily possible. If I'm too tired to drive I will always pull over for a sleep for safety reasons 😊

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We found out after droning that it was not permitted because we camped in the wrong field. I am not sure it gives a bad name for van lifers only shows we are human and can make mistakes. Sorry 👍

Dont worry about it guys its no big deal, i wild camp in the foreat loads. As long you dont make a mess the rangers are generally cool

Hi loving the videos 😊 but are you aware the New Forest is a no fly zone for drones? Because of the wildlife landowner permission needed!

You are not permitted to fly drones in the New Forest National Park. More importantly - No Wild Camping. No wonder van lifers get a bad name.
