Forgot to say in the video that you need the wallpaper to be 1920 x 1080 anything lower then that gets cut off.

Guys it doesn’t work on the new Microsoft edge but what I did is get “internet browser” in the Microsoft store and got the image I want and put the image in a new tab and set it as wallpaper ps: I know the browser is fucking shit but that’s all we got on Xbox

For every one to hear. If you have the xbox app you can change it all there with pictures from your phone. Even the pfp
Bing browser has option to set any image right from the browser and it will save you so much time 👍
How do you do it
@@shiestyyinthamakin Type for a wallpaper for example BMW or whatever and then navigate to the images page after that open any imagine and you will see a 3 dot icon on the bottom right screen of the image so press it and it will show "Set as wallpaper" option.
@@shiestyyinthamakin You can also use same method with default Edge Browser not the Chromium one.

An important thing to keep in mind: if you have high contrast turned on, none of this will work. Make sure it’s off, or if your console asks you, just turn it off then.

UPDATE AS OF 2022: I downloaded the internet explorer. Went to google images. Searched the wallpaper I wanted. Didn’t hit the A button on the image. I just used the reticle to highlight the image I chose. Pressed the 3 line button on my controller. Went that happens, press A on the one that says set image as wallpaper. Back out and see your wallpaper.
I was like FINALLY!!! When I finally did it lol

They updated microsoft edge and now it doesn't work
For some reason ever since they updated the browser when I press the 3 lines over a picture, “save as” no longer comes up.

You download File Downloader and there you have the option to delete the image you want to get rid of from the Xbox.

Just got my Series X today, I was curious if you could get themes, as someone who mainly have played on a nintendo switch, this is magic.
Ikr. Xbox has so many more features than a Switch. On Switch you couldn't even choose a theme, on Xbox you can put any image you want.

Just go to bing go to any image press on image press on the 3 lines and press set as background

They added an option now where from the Microsoft edge. Find the imagine you want , then press the 3 line button and amd there will be an option to save as background. It way faster.

A shorter way of doing it is just search a picture on the net click it, then press the pause button on the picture and it’ll say set as background

Are the images always blurry for you
You have to get a wallpaper that has 1920x1080 for it to be good. If it is bigger or smaller then that it will either be blurry or cut in half.

What I did is I looked at the photo I wanted in images, then press the three lines and selected see as backround

Quicker way just click three lines on image u want then click set as background and this is the new way because i done it in feb 2022
As soon as u need to click the 3 lines just click "save as background" and then just exit and it should be Ur background
