I used to have this thing where I would apologize unnecessarily for things all the time, and I would get really worked up and feel bad about things that were not a big deal at all. And it would make me feel worse when people told me to stop apologizing and to not feel bad because I couldn't just "not feel bad" or make my guilty or inconveniencing feelings GO AWAY just because someone told me I shouldn't feel bad, but I worked on it and this is the technique that I found worked out for me. I take a deep breath and hold it in for a while(usually 15 sec) and I think about how huge the universe is and how I am s alive, in that moment, just alive. And take in the sounds and the feeling around me, like the fabric on my skin, and the breeze across my face, and how the air feels going into my lungs. It reassures me that everything is okay, because the only thing that matters is the moment. Nobody is going to attack you for the lighting, or because the plan didn't go accordingly, or because someone gave you a gift. And on the off chance that they did attack you for something so stupid, IT DOES NOT MATTER because they can't affect you unless you let them into your heart and you don't try to prevent it from affecting you. Physically, its not gonna effect you at all, nobody will shoot you if the lighting is wrong, if your hair is out of place, if you hold the camera weird. So there is no reason to feel that like mental pressure to have everything be perfect. I don't know if that is exactly how you feel, but I can only compare what I see to what I have experienced in the past, and thats how my brain used to work and how sometimes it still does. If I feel like I do something wrong I feel like I have to FIX IT like right then and there, even if its a minute detail, but I have learned how to weed out what I should actually worry about and what things don't need that sort of attention. I don't know if you will read this, and I don't know if you read this that it will help, but if it does help anyone I think its worth it to put this out there. Thank you to anyone if you read this. :)

I Eugenia will learn not to worry so much but its just part of growing in confidence which she is already doing, that will naturally become easier when she focuses on improving her mental health. 😊

Because I think even off camera she if constantly bashing herself, or feels like she can’t go anywhere without a full face of makeup on because she doesn’t realize her beauty. charlotte apostel I used to be like this and never wanted to leave my mum because of MY ISSUES not my mothers issues. I have OCD and anorexia amongst other things. My ocd told me I had to protect my mum at all times and I would feel so guilty if I went out and did stuff on my own because my thoughts told me if I wasn’t there to watch over my mum she would die and it’d be my fault. It was completely all me - my mother had cancer when I was a child and since that my obsessive thoughts and rituals really surrounded my mother and this feeling of needing to always be close to her to ‘protect’ her. I have that now with my partner, same sort of thoughts but it’s shifted as I’ve gotten older. The ocd seeped into my anorexia and I would think that eating would cause bad things to happen to my mum. So I think we shouldn’t be so quick to assume that her mother is the ONLY PROBLEM.

Seeing her in a healthier and happier place motivates me to keep trying and to continue staying strong during recovery from my EDs. I’m proud of her for admitting that she struggled too and opened up, it made things less scary and lonely. Never give up on your journey to recovery even when you’ve convinced yourself it’s easier or better. Being healthy is honestly scary at first because it’s a big change and it’s a lot to adjust to but it feels so good to have energy and feel more comfortable in my body.
I think there's no problem about her apologise. She knows what she is doing. She is a responsible woman and a conscientious person. Let's respect if she wants apologise.

I have had a similar problem and when people told me that It would make me feel worse, like something was wrong with me. Because I think even off camera she if constantly bashing herself, or feels like she can’t go anywhere without a full face of makeup on because she doesn’t realize her beauty. charlotte apostel I used to be like this and never wanted to leave my mum because of MY ISSUES not my mothers issues. I have OCD and anorexia amongst other things. My ocd told me I had to protect my mum at all times and I would feel so guilty if I went out and did stuff on my own because my thoughts told me if I wasn’t there to watch over my mum she would die and it’d be my fault. It was completely all me - my mother had cancer when I was a child and since that my obsessive thoughts and rituals really surrounded my mother and this feeling of needing to always be close to her to ‘protect’ her. I have that now with my partner, same sort of thoughts but it’s shifted as I’ve gotten older. The ocd seeped into my anorexia and I would think that eating would cause bad things to happen to my mum. So I think we shouldn’t be so quick to assume that her mother is the ONLY PROBLEM.
charlotte apostel also if she’s in recovery for her ED then she probably has a meal plan she is supposed to stick to and needs to be home to do that especially since in early recovery eating out can be terrifying. Just idk everyone seems to be just looking for the worst reasons

@@socialwreck6953 Basically, the face has bacteria and once touched with the spatula, the bacteria is on the spatula. Then by redipping the spatula, it spreads the bacteria to the container of the face mask. (And then bacteria will grow in the container).

@@speedygonzalez1590 generally, you use a spatula to get out a good amount of product on a palette, then use a seperate spatula to transfer the product from the palette to your hands, spread onto face with hands. No need for multiple dipping

Seeing her in a healthier and happier place motivates me to keep trying and to continue staying strong during recovery from my EDs. I’m proud of her for admitting that she struggled too and opened up, it made things less scary and lonely. Never give up on your journey to recovery even when you’ve convinced yourself it’s easier or better. Being healthy is honestly scary at first because it’s a big change and it’s a lot to adjust to but it feels so good to have energy and feel more comfortable in my body.
Would you consider giving us a closet tour one day? I love your style ! Only if you’re comfortable with that. It would be awesome

I thought you were gonna say 'eating disorder'. Weird how there are no more people that are being 'mean' to her, once she got the treatment. What I think they were doing it for, is to make her want to improve herself, the way she looks, to seek solutions to the obvious issue.
Would like to urge anyone in the comments to refrain from tellin Eugenia to stop apologizing so much. I have had a similar problem and when people told me that It would make me feel worse, like something was wrong with me. It's better to just be comforting and understanding and help her to feel comfortable and like this is a safe place, not a judgmental place.

I guess the real truth is we can never know for sure how she truly feels about it, I just about how I felt when I had that sort of issue and how the attention just made it worse. I thought you know, it doesn't necessarily help her and maybe people should consider that.
Maybe she doesn't like people telling her what to do you know? Like there are other ways to show its a safe space that are less.... judgmental sounding. Maybe it makes her feel worse the way it did to me you know.

That struck me as odd too. I'm afraid for her to live on her own. She seems easily manipulated and very insecure still. Bad. Combination. I hope she can find some counseling and therapy to become more confident and live a healthy, happy, and independent life!
