Silvio was the most level headed character on the show, unless you tried sweeping cheese while he was playing cards.
I thought that was so funny
Favorite scene
Silvio was ruthless
Or disrespected Christopher Columbus…
I loved that scene! WHY! WHY NOW u gotta sweep?!!
I didn’t realize this was old until he spoke about Gandolfini in the present
Theeeeeenn I got sad.
I mean the title clearly says 2007.
By default of our names being Fabio we are friends now
😞
Van Zandt has the makings of a varsity musician
One of my FAVORITE uncle June lines !!!! nice applying it here
OUR TRUE ENEMY. HAS YET. TO REVEAL HIMSELF
Michael! Tell me. Is true?!
No.@@forgetaboutitwillya5702
David Chase has an eye for talent, Steven's first role came out so powerfull, Chase knew how much potential he had, and he unlocked it
He should've told Howard "Hey Cheesefuk, let me finish my sentence"
Indeed
Everybody should tell Stern that lol
So fun to get cut everytime you try to explain something or answer a question, great job .
Silvio is one of my favorite characters on the show.. Always cool and level headed. His Pacino impression... 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤
Just when I thought I was out... They pull me back in!
Except for when he's playing cards at the executive game
He played one of the best parts of the sopranos I loved his character he played it so well attitude accent and all thea above
I loved his frantic blinking. So hilarious yet showed how inquisitive he was.
His wife on the show was his real wife, Maureen van zant
@@wendymcclanahan4047They have been married for 40 years. I always said, a successful career is always accompanied by a stable family life.❤
Tony: Why in the hell are you late?!
Christopher: The highway was packed with broken heroes on a last chance power drive.
Silvio: *flashes a wry smile at Christopher*
I just watched that episode yesterday, I LOVE that you caught that 👍
*Chris dies, pulls out a cellphone*
Yo T I'm in hell
You gonna get cute with me now? 😆
Loved him in "Lillyhammer"!
I named my second son Silvio Dante. Still shocked my wife allowed it.
No way
I hope not

Silvio Dante Dellacroce. Well, if this isn’t the best male Stripper name ever.
A very talented man. And seems like a great person too.
I had no idea he was a musician with Bruce Springsteen's band. That's cool. For his first role, portraying Silvio is top notch.
Uh....really?
@@OttoByOgraffey yes
Most of the background music was picked by him. He was instrumental in the sopranos soundtrack
I was the opposite. When I first watched the Sopranos and saw Him I yelled WTF, it's Little Steven
Umm. Lived under a rock?
"Just when I thought I was out...they pull me back in"
Silvio was the man...when ever he got worked up and raising he'll waz so funny
He seems truly a great person and fun to hang out. We need a Sopranos sequel, not prequels!
Everyones dead though
There was a prequel?
@@ddobry21 many saints of newark
@@russell2890 Yep, i ended up googling it, then i promptly watched it last night :)
We need both!
Loved him on the sopranos!! ❤️❤️❤️
My fav episode is "the pine barrons" where pauly and Christopher get lost in the woods when they try to pull a hit on the Russian 😆 grade A comedy gold this one was.
barrens* but good one
Steven does sound and look like what I would imagine a mobster. I knew he looked familiar when I saw him on there but I couldn't figure out why, I just assumed he favored someone I met while living in new orleans , if u have ever spoken to a true native of New Orleans you can hear the similarities in their accents, its like the broncs of the south. lol
Thank you Felix, Gene, Dino and Eddie.
I always liked that Silvio hung the Chinese character for Tao (道)on his wall。
Love his role. Finally, binge watching the Hell out of this show.
Silvio killing Adriana still haunts me.
Lucky it was patsy “they’ll be scrapping your nipples off these fine leather seats”
No shit, man…I remember visiting my parents and buddies that weekend, then racing home to watch the episode. After it was over, I just sat in my living room alone in total silence for 5-10 minutes. It was pretty horrifying.
You know she shit'd on herself....
@@birdman3217 I won't be cinematic.
It had to be done.
Guys a talent
Only Steven Van Zandt could make it worthwhile to sit thru a Howard Stern. Apologies to Robin.
The guy who played Silvio in the movie had his mannerisms down pat
Sure did. I loved it. Honestly made me giggle a bit cus it was so spot on.
That hard plastic toupee he wears on the show is hilarious! 🤣🤣🤣
He's a legend ^^
Steven's Rhoda Morgenstern impression is uncanny.
Silvio and Paula were my favourite characters from the Soprano's.
just when i thought i was out, he pulled me back in.
Interesting side note is that Silvio wasn’t even a written character by chase….
You know, Quasimodo predicted all this.
Such a great job he did!
I loved Steve when he was in Ñorway ...❤❤❤
This clip is a great example of why Howard is NOT a great interviewer.
This is 14 years ago, he’s had a little bit of practice since then…
@@coocoo4coca He’s gotten WORSE since then
@@GreekInThe6ix Not really. He got better. What do you know about interviewing public personalities ? Oh yes, nothing.
It's been his shtick since time and memorial.
@@ovathere93 Certain aspects of show business and our thing
I didnt realize until now he was "Silvio" Damn he was so good at that
Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in
Stevie V is just Great !!!
Amazing all the things he's done with his life. Including Putting so much into fighting apartheid in south Africa
Ya mean all those white farmers being murdered?
And now SA is a lawless violent hellhole!
*grabs megaphone* You know what to do down there!
The little snort he does @1:50
Soprano's cast are amazing actors. Opposites of their characters. "Paulie" was the only real life thug but nowhere near Mafia level. Some grasp at straws claiming it. Most didn't bother to.
Even in 2007 Howard was a better interviewer than he is today.
I could go for some nice gabagool
Steven Van Zandt is one of the only celebrities I would want to have a beer with...
Same here
Came here after seeing him in a 2009 Super Bowl halftime pic and thinking "wait, is that Sil????"
What a legend
He said his piece.
Just when i thought i was out .......... they pull me back in !
Lilyhammer is so underrated
"I'M JUST SAYIN HOW YOU'RE BEING FUCKIN PERCEIVED!"
I still think Paulie had something to do with Bobby and Silvio getting killed because Phil put a hit out on the DiMeo family's top 3 guys, Tony, Silvio and Paulie, not Bobby. You never get to see Paulie go down, he was always arguing with Tony and kissing his butt, he hated Bobby, threatened Silvio and was always giving Christopher a hard time.
Just when I thought I was out
“I’m glad all that’s cleared up.”
Aye .. He once made bail so fast his soup was still warm when he got home !
Eddie killed it everytime
Lily hammer was very good also 👍
Gabagool?? Ovah here.. Hehee
Want more Lillyhammer
Howard does not age, I swear!
Thanks for pointing at me Mr. Van Zandt
Little Steven is so damn cool..............
♥☺♥
Let Sil answer a question for Pete's sake.
Howard constantly does that

Loyal to the end.
it's not weird at all. He looks the part.
just when i thought i was out……. they puuulll me back in
This show is still on? Wow…..
The bandana is so silly
Little Steven is my friends brother in law.
Tell him I said hey
How did I miss this?
Misunderstanding. Timeline got fucked up.
He was ace in sopranos
I am enjoying lillehamer at the moment
"Gabagool?? Ova heeeya"
Steven "Ya Know" Van Zandt
🔥
Is Steven the Lead Guitarist or Rhythm Guitarist of the E Street Band?
I think Nils Lofgren has taken over most lead parts.
He played a lot of the solos in his early days in the band, 1970s but over time Springsteen took more and more of them for himself. The same can be said of Lofgren, got handed plenty of solos on his first tour (born in the USA) but now only gets one or two opportunities to show what he can really do in a three hour show.
"I'll write you in the part so there is no one's job you are taking"
Um...ok. sure.
Cool....
Let me hear it babe
Ill write you in a part .. ill create the position of underbooss of amafia lol
oh you shouldn't have told us that*** BOND DIES AT THE END***

He killed Adrianna. Not liking his character since
Name my story cat after you Sil, or Steve.
I just see Travolta throwing Tony down the stairs
Wish Silvio took Robin out while he was there. She's insufferable
Sil off'd Adriana
