- Do you ever wonder what a fake Tory Burch handbag looks like? Well I am about to show you!! I purchased 3 different style Tory Burch handbags from Poshmark and when they arrived I could not believe how great they looked or did they? After inspecting, I took the bags to my local Tory Burch store for further review. What I saw will shock you!!! Thanks for this video. I was just looking at Tory bags on Poshmark. I thought it was suspect that the one vendor in particular had some super basic used clothes and then 5 small TB Eleanor bags at half off. And they’re all shot the same way.

I use the LYXBAG as a work bag and have had no issues. It's a comfortable bag, has lots of room, and doesn't lose its shape. That being said, I also take care of all my bags and don't carry water bottles, pens, keys, or anything that could damage the interior.

all fakes from China and these days...fake designer purses from China looks good for a counterfeit. That is why I only buy in store or at the online store it self.
The reason I am watching your video is because I had a fake Tory cuff, and didn't realize it was a fake until someone commented and let me know. I am a newer reseller and would have been so embarrassed to have sold a fake. The crazy thing is there are so many identical cuffs to the one I had online that doing research I thought it was legit because so many other sellers have the same thing. I don't think any respectable sellers are intentionally ripping people off, I think they are scammed too. Thanks for your video, it has helped so much for a new reseller like me. Also there are ways to authenticate items on these reseller sites, so might be worth only buying from authenticated listings.

I figured they didn't see it yet. I don't own Tory Burch and decided to get started with some of her collections. Man oh Man, I didn't realize TB was being faked. This is why I never buy from Poshmark or Tradesy. I try to buy directly from the retailer or department stores like Neiman Marcus, Saks, Nordstrom, etc. I don’t trust re-sellers lol. Thank you so much for this video. People selling counterfeit goods are just gross.

There are counterfeit Tory Burch handbags all over Mercari. I've reported them several times, but Mercari wants the revenue.

I bought my bag from the actual
Tory Burch store. It’s the beautiful monogram jacquard tote. When you want quality we must pay for it. If we choose replicas then we will also deal with the flaws. I would rather save until l can get the real thing or just make my husband buy it!😊

I just got robbed with a fake Tory from Ebay.... I am so angry and disappointed I paid alot to only receive a fake handbag 😡 they do put up the original pictures of the handbag but sends you the fake...

Romona first I want to say I am so so sorry. Yes, you are correct, the seller will just up and leave the site. My purses were returned to Poshmark but the sellers disappeared. It’s absolutely awful!!!!! Ebay will hopefully stand behind it and give you a refund. It sickens me!!! I do appreciate you watching and also commenting and sharing. I purchased a tory Burch I thought was real and then purchased one I know is real. The difference between the two is startling. For me the only way to tell was to have the real one in my hand. The visuals in pictures don't tell you much but as they all look pretty good. The feel and smell of the leather are totally different in the authentic bag.

I just bought a bag on Mercari and I’m almost 100% sure it’s fake 😭 it’s an amazing fake though , but after looking at pictures of the fake there are some small but noticeable differences that you can tell when you look. I am not buying on there anymore for sure

I call the nearest store to see if I could bring a bag I purchase on Poshmark to see if they could help me identify if it was fake but they told me that they couldn’t help me they don’t do that in the store😢 did you just went into the store and ask if they could help you identify authenticity of the bag?

I have 2 questions for you, number one, does the golden brass hardware on Tory's bags, like for instance the Kira large Top handle tend to darken over time? Is that authentic or is that a sign of a fake? And then my next question is there's a giant luxury house in Poland, the website is called Farfetch. They have many luxury items there and I'm wondering if the Tory Burch bags there are authentic...all the reviews say that they are a legitimate company, The company guarantees and claims that they are, people on Purse Forum agreed that they are and they have been for years, but I purchased a black Kira bag from them and I had one from Neiman Marcus next to it and the leather just didn't feel exactly the same. I started to question because I read somewhere on purse forum that Tory is changing from lambskin leather on the black Kira bags, to regular Nappa.... I'm unsure if any other colors were going to change but on the FF website the new cream color says it is lambskin and the black one just says leather. Anyway, any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated thank you.
Hi Michele When it comes to Tory purses if the brass is darkening that maybe just over time the hardware getting dirty. I have many Tory bags and I do not notice the hardware turning darker. I’m familiar with Farfetch and have purchased from them and never had any issues. The authenticity process is very good. The Kira bag is gorgeous and to my knowledge they are Nappa leather. If any of the bags are lambskin it wil specify it and be priced accordingly. I would feel more comfortable buying Tory from anywhere but not Poshmark or Mercari. I hope this helps. Great video! I have been stalking Poshmark for a while now for a particular Coach bag, and every single one I find listed is a fake. I was just complaining about it this week on insta LOL. The problem is that the photos of the fakes are so strategic, and that helps to figure them out. If they are stupid enough to post the serial numbers, those numbers are usually all the same since fake manufacturers are lazy. They don't post the whole dust bag, they don't post close ups of the stitching or stamping, it gets hard to be able to differentiate when you are looking at bad and strategic photos. I have asked about the serial numbers on several listings, only to be blocked and never to find the listing again. I had one on the line that I thought might be authentic since they had a receipt, tag, and dust bag and were asking close to the OG price for it. So I was going to bid on it, then the listing said sold so I was bummed. The next day the same listing with the same pictures receipt and all popped up, I was like - wow, I almost got completely scammed out of hundreds. I think I'm going to buy direct from now on as well, I don't want a fake bag. I want the real deal!
