I have so enjoyed watching you in Naples. This is a transition year for me. So what you are saying is very helpful. Working on redoing my life in a more intentional way is what I am doing. So I have really appreciated it.
I really enjoyed this, and had some aha moments especially the words "I want a business that supports my life, I do not want to be living a life that just supports my business" wow yes exactly this!! and that is how I feel, like everything revolves around business, because my business and life is so intertwined, it feels like I am on work mode all the time. And I didn't start out like this, it started out to support my life, to help, to have freedom to actually live, it is a very weird thing how it creeps up on you without even knowing.
I just discovered your channel. This may seem weird but if you do a packing/unpacking video for your Naples trip I think people will love it 😊 We’ll be going to Europe for a month and I love packing videos and obvi you have great taste and are also very practical so I’d love to see what you packed. It would be a re-creation. I loved the video about how your heart rate dropped (in a good way) from your Naples trip. :) Thanks.
Thanks Catherine - no I don’t, I’m sorry - next year! I took 3 ‘tea dresses’ and a long yellow fluffy cardigan for the month and a second pair of trainers which I hardly used. 😂
Your time in Naples has flown. I really appreciate some quiet time during the day as it lets my brain tick over and sort out plans / mull over problems and reach a solution without the interruption of daily life taking my attention,. Enjoy your holiday and I look forward to a 'what you have learned' video when you return.
They are mainly by Toast - almost all bought second hand. I originally bought a dress for my younger daughter’s graduation and then put an alert on Vinted for other colours.

Jane, this is such an interesting video- myself and my husband have our business too and our reasons for this were also to be able to live our life first and foremost and flex our work around that. But it is hard to switch off...as a mum I also totally agree that the 'home chores' really nibble away at the hours in the day. Its wonderful that escaping those has given you more time and flow - I think a change of scenery and environment also really stimulates creativity and stops us falling back into those time-wasting habits of social media etc...I have actually just booked a lovely retreat in the summer which is hiking and yoga in the Alps, but it is also a silent retreat - it will be very interesting to see how 3 days of silence and listening to nature will feel...hope you have a wonderful holiday with your husband! Thanks for all your beautiful films over the last few weeks...x

Hi Jane, I’ve really enjoyed seeing the beauty and charm of Naples through your videos. I travelled through Italy in 2017. Like you I was fascinated by the washing hanging from the windows and balconies and couldn’t resist taking photographs of them, particularly when they faced a beautiful view. Italy has an understated charm that is unique to them and it so easy to relax there and fall into their ways. Your videos have given me the travel bug again. Next time I’m definitely going to include Naples and Capri in my plans. Have a wonderful holiday exploring with Ewan. Thank you. 🙏
