Johnny has been a drug addict for MANY, MANY years. He is a "RISK" to any film producer. Businesses that make films DON'T need or want people that are on drugs on set as they can cause unwanted accidents and bring harm to another human, that could cost them MILLIONS in law suits. What happened to Johnny is HIS OWN FAULT. Have you ever asked yourself WHO WAS IT SUPPORTING Johnny's illegal drugs? Of course not, you're just defending him because he's a man. Well when you listen you learn. Just as I learned at the begging his attorneys stated that they would prove that Amber cut of Johnny's finger, but Johnny admitted in a text to his doctor that HE cut off his finger. Johnny also admitted over and over again that he was a monster. So what kind of monster is he? A two headed that brought roses to a dinner or a monster that destroys property, humiliated and degraded his spouse repeatedly? Do you recall the text message where he stated that he hoped Amber's corps would rot in the car? What kind of decent human being thinks this way, writes this way and behaves this way?

He shouldn't have married a child half his age, he is to blame too. Hope he has learned his lesson, who wants to sit with this nonsense at his age. He is 8 years my senior and I can't imagine hanging out with someone in their 20's/30's. I don't even want to be 20 something again even if it was possible. Amber is immature, wild and has huge issues. She wanted a daddy figure in her life which means she couldn't be there for him emotionally and he was obviously going through a rough patch himself. It's difficult to lose your long-term partner and a parent but more so when you had a sad childhood history. So much issues to work through and it catches up with you in your middle ages. The "me too" movement encouraged her in a wrong way, I'm sure he was no angel but she took it too far, they should have kept their private life private.
I will lose ALL HOPE in our justice system if Mr. Depp doesn't get justice!

I know EXACTLY what the poor Johnny Depp is going through simply because I am the victim of the exact same type of monsters since the 21 of February 2018. May God make him win against this monster because he’s obviously innocent as I am. My heart is with him and all the innocent men and women on this rotten world.

I really like this judge. Johnny looks so clean cut and handsome with his hair off his face. I am more of a fan of his now than before. He behaved like a gentleman with this “wild woman”. She likes the fight while he walks away avoiding the physical fight. He loves and acknowledges his fans while she arrogantly ignores them.

I testified in a DV and attempted murder case and I am very glad that the trial was not televised. That's also a part I don't understand about US law, how they can have televised trials. As a former witness, it would have made me even more anxious and probably have influenced my life if people knew what I witnessed/lived through.
They can be televised because this trial is being paid for by the taxpayers. The facilities being used, the judge, the stenographers, the water for the toilets - everything & everyone are being paid for by the public. The litigants pay only for their legal representation. The 2nd & more important reason is that we feel strongly that unless such proceedings are subject to the scrutiny of we, The People, they become subject to possible corruption or undue favor, which we will not tolerate. This is born out of our intolerance of watching centuries of such corruption & favor conducted at the whim of monarchs & aristocrats. This injustice is why we fought a war with you and your king and why we are a country today. When such proceedings are conducted, essentially, in secret, corruption & injustice enter in quickly. This is not a secret anywhere in the world. You were not a constitutional monarchy in 1776 & a lot corruption was ingrained in government, to put it nicely. In thiis country we do not tolerate even the ornament of a monarchy & find them offensive - for us.
That is why you are here watching our legal system at work in full transparency. For the most part, we let the entire world watch what we do in most areas of our public life. You will not find such openess in any other country on the planet. We hope we can keep it that way for our sakes & everyone elses. 🇺🇸

You can see how friendly Johnny has been with his lawyers, talking, smiling, laughing, it's a joy to see. Because that shows Johnny's character as a friendly, humble, sincere, caring and loving man. Even his best friend Issac and his sister showed how much love they have for him so far. Yeah he has a past, don't we all? But he sought help, and that is the hardest thing to do. Proud of him!! As far as Amber, well I never watched any movie she acted in, but she seems to be a prune, prim and proper, little miss perfect. I feel she has instigated a lot of the arguments with Johnny, seems if it wasn't her way, she wouldn't compromise. She's very beautiful, but her attitude and demeanor makes her an ugly and vile person.

This case is big and can lead to depression and sucidal thoughts. At the end of the day its not always about whos wrong or right. The main thing is to forgive in their heart for peace of mind. I know this trial is taking a toll on Johnny. He has looked so withdrawn and older(Amber has aged him) He is progressively looking much heathlier this last past week. I am so glad. I hope his mindset can get better. He has a beautiful soul, inside and out. Artist through and through. Amber exudes venom. Her ugliness from within shines through. I hope Johnny can come through strong, fight all his demons and live a healthy happy long life.

@Mac I have a good bit of knowledge about the effects of psychedelics on the brain because my psychiatrist actually used them in my treatment for PTSD. However, I cannot imagine actually functioning during a treatment. Thank you for expanding on addiction to substances. Yes, whenever addiction enters the chat, it takes over as the loudest and most important voice in the addict's brain. When people have basically unlimited access to a substance and the majority of their days are never spent seeking out their drug of choice, I'm not so sure it stifles their creativity.
This Dr has the patience of a saint. Whatever is relevant about the plaintiffs medical regiment except to “sell tickets” to this trial.

@@B_Bodziak Depends. If he was called as an expert he gets paid but if they managed to call him as a plain old witness he would only get his regular retainer...if he's still on retainer for JD or AH. Least that's the way it works here.
@@daleannharsh8295 He's not an expert witness, but I've never seen a medical professional not charge for their time spent in depositions and in the box in civil cases. He did say he's paying for his own counsel, which is not common for witnesses to do.

That was my first thought, he looked so much more pleasant with his hair pulled back and holding his head up high. I pray that this debacle helps Johnny to get clean, stay clean and get healthy. He’s an amazing actor who is highly underrated. I hope that if anything positive could come from this, it’s that he gets his life and career back on track. He’s been an addict way to long, it’s time to stop now. We have lost too many talents to drugs and alcohol. I have no doubt he isn’t an abuser. He has zero past history of it. Amber on the other hand, not so much.

Has anyone else noticed, what seems to me obvious pain and sadness on Johnny's face? Just looking at his face is like reading the entire relationship of he and Amber. I've witnessed some horrific marriages through my lifetime thus far but, this one is the worst. She physically, mutilated, battered and emotionally tortured this good man, husband and then tried her damndest to destroy him financially and has succeeded to this point. It is not uncommon for attorneys to ask their clients to dress and appear sweet and innocent in court. I was very pleased that Johnny Depp fixed his hair. He looked wild with his hair the way he had it before. Appearance does make an impression whether people like it or not.
I believe he does look more pleasant with his hair neater today. Not that I’m on Amber’s side but looks like her team would tell her to dress in a matter to soften her overall look. She looks tough and aggressive but I guess she has some kind of plan dressing in male suits.
Thank god. Cause obviously someone spoke to her ab that clown make up.
She’s not helping herself she looks like she’s bored and doesn’t understand why she’s there. She’s acting like it’s an inconvenience to her.

Exactly. It was shocking how wrong the doctor got such an important detail wrong. Thank god Ben King later testified in court about finding the fingertip below the end of the bar.
I hope the truth of AH's lies are made known to all. I think her attorney's opening statement was a real eye-opener for Johnny on just how awful his ex is, and what she's capable of. I'm rooting for Johnny.

When I heard that Depp's ex-wife supported him and his version of events, I knew he was likely in the right, and Amber was the problem. His ex had little incentive to do so, other than supporting truth.

Through this entire nightmare not one person (to my knowledge) that knows Johnny has said 1 bad against him - except for her & then those that believed her lies.

Dr should have been more revealing because the recording in Australia says more. Dr Kipper says that AH shopped the finger of Johnny, That they have to look after Johnny, not her, That his injuries are severe, that AH is manipulatieve, that she cannot stay there, that someone has to take her away, who can handle her. It is a pitty that dr Kipper did not tell all what is on the recording.
Hopefully studios will get a sense of how the entire public seems to be behind JD despite bizarre judgements like that of the British court.

Amber is not scared of Depp. She reported him only to destroy his life because she is evil, abusive and wants control. They obviously had a toxic relationship- you can say they were “both” abusive, but that doesn’t mean they were both violent. You have to be careful with wording here and consider if the therapist actually heard this from Depp or just Amber.
It looks like Johnny Depp decided to make himself more presentable, which was a good idea for his case.
He kept his hair in his face so he didn’t have to see the demon in his peripheral view.

I have been a juror in New York on a criminal case it's a great experience but it's very intense.
Did it for an entire month I was so exhausted.
My sister sat on grand jury and it was super traumatic:/
