@@andyrose5616 NBC had a remote truck named N7, I worked on it for an NBC NFL game before the truck was sold to NEP. There was a video engineer who normally was senior video on the Today Show but if N7 was working for NBC Stan was required to be on it. That meant NBC had to have a backup guy ready in case that truck went out for the network. I last saw Stan in 2007 on a CBS NFL game.
I have worked with a couple of the people listed in the credits, several are dead now. What a blast from the past.
My Dad's one of the guys in those credits. Still in touch with a lot of these guys
I think it’s interesting to see the people they pulled over from other NBC shows (like Letterman and SNL) to staff these big events.
