Dude...the super freaking hot summers go in cycles down here in Texas. Glad to have you in our Lone Star State. Tough it out and in a year or two the summers will back down and only a couple handfuls of triple digit days await you in the Summer. I promise. I spent 25 years in Southeast Michigan and I DO NOT MISS THE COLD!!!!!!
That heat sucks man, but you’re always welcome to come back home to the big O,NE. It’s been kinda weird not running into you at any of the local lakes since you’ve moved, even though you most likely probably don’t remember me but we’ve talked an awful lot while fishing on hard/open waters and for almost all of those times I didn’t even know you had a RUclips channel but always seen the cameras. I think you told me about it when you guys come fishing in the Cunningham spillway when they were draining it and I was there catching walleyes and accidentally snagging carp when you guys showed up. I beat the summer heat here in Utah by going up to the mountains and backpack fishing for trout. It's nice when it's 75 for the high up there.
I’m from Utah too in the lower elevations I’m there before daylight and done at ten thirty too damn hot
I sometimes do the same in Arizona. It's really nice up in the mountains here. You can leave Phoenix at 115F and hit the mountain lakes in an hour and a half at 75F
You should build you a little sun cover deal for your screens up front. Something light and attachable with bungees or whatnot. Deal!!

6th Sense definitely catches them, a 6” Sweep put a 5 pounder in my hands this morning. They make phenomenal lures hands down.
They are good but a little overpriced even for bass lures… but the quality is at least there.
You should put a mini split in your garage. It’s the greatest thing summer and winter.
That is what I did.....perfect all year round.
This heat has been rough this year. Usually not this bad until late July and August. Not a bad time to head to some places with some cooler weather or at least a little rain. My yard is dead and yellow here in DFW area and most of the lakes are at least a foot low or more. I think the fall bite this year will be 🔥 though.
Down in Tennessee it’s about 80s to 90s I go fishing s ready at the end of the day I’m like I’m done for the summer but the next day I’m fishing again

Dont move to Utah. The fishing is too tough out here for bass already. Everyone here knows every single lake almost. One video and our lakes will be unfishable. It doesnt help that apps like fishbrain have destroyed spots alreadym
@@cspatterson7398 I’ve lived in Utah my whole life and do a lot of bass fishing the bass are mostly tiny here with rare exceptions. The fish he calls dinks I’d be completely stoked to catch. In northern Utah anyway, I know a few lakes down south where it’s warmer water year round there are some bigger ones

Hey Ben. Is your 16v system a huge difference in detail of what you see on your graphs? I recently switched to all lithium but the 16v dedicated electronics power sounds good. If it’s really a game changer in image quality you should do a video on it. Thanks and keep up the great work!
The wife and I had the firehouse burgers last night. That's my fave burger from Hello Fresh. We've been getting HF for over 6 months now and have been extremely happy with it. Barely have to go to the store anymore which is SO nice, leaves more time for fishing for donks 👌

Too bad where I'm at is so far away from you because even though it seems hot to me, the high temperatures have only been in the low 80's the fishing has been pretty darn good. I live in Northwestern Wisconsin on the shore of Lake Superior ( our natural air conditioner) my son and his friend caught five good sized muskies in two days as well as a large northern Pike, bass, crappie, bluegills and a rainbow trout. The only fish caught in the big lake was the Northern ( caught in the Superior entrance into the bay. The rest were in a river a few miles from our house. Also I've done some night fishing for catfish less than a mile from home. Caught a couple but the bird sized mosquitos became too much to take so I left. Lol

Yeah, I don't really blame you for wanting to dip out for a bit during this heat. Texas is usually hot for the summer, but this isn't really normal for us. This summer is one of those 10-year Reunion summers. We get a summer like this about once a decade that just has to be a little extra d.ckish to everyone.

Luckily for you my contract runs orange to jasper down the coast to matagorda bay and up to conroe, Livingston, well i guess you can draw that line across to 147 bridge going across sam Rayburn but any town inside that circle is my work zone for Texas. Hey you rather go to Louisiana i got contract that runs from morgan city to Mississippi entire coast line up past Hammond baton rouge all over new Orleans based in Houma for that one. Maybe you wanna go see death valley got contract for a man camp just outside Ridgecrest for their military base, since the town can't handle a ton of out of town visiters and the contractors working inside base. But lake Isabella is just 45 mins to an hr away!! But each one is just as hot as Texas Louisiana has more humidity atm and California is just a a giant ass desert take ya pic buddy
