Q) anywhere in USA / your company sell a stick electrode holder with ON OFF switch. ? Have never seem one. Only one on www is one for 12 v vehicle welders it seems. Seems a no brainer to have the option? any info appreciated. Has to deal with wide range amps no doubt.

Time is money....... Burn off the epoxy(paint) then buff it😉
By the way it’s not paint it’s fusion bond epoxy. A coating that is applied for direct burial

I would’ve use the Torch to burn the paint off instead of buffing it I think it would be much easier

Burn the paint ,use the wire weel after burn.
What's the purpose of center punching the marks before you cut?
Jenrick so you wont loose your guide , marker or soapstone tend to erase as you are burning through !
