I don't know where you're located at but I used to be with an esda in my hometown. Once a month we would actually go through all the signals full blast, the full test would take right around 10 minutes

Attack is the rising and falling sound a civil defense siren makes or “wailing” sound and alert is the continuous “steady” long signal.
