When people compile their lists of the "best guitar players of all time" they always forget to include Mick Ronson. Being a great guitarist is more than finger tapping up a fret board and shredding.

the key element for any guitar player is expression and ronson had it by the bucketload.

Sad. I guess he was not a well man at the time Mick was interviewed. He was so talented, powerful, and handsome when he commanded the stage, and by all accounts generous, thoughtful and humble.
When I was a kid I wanted to be him, sometimes life takes you in different directions and we forget what we really want.

A truly great guitarist and a humble man.
Anyone notice the guy on twelve-string in the live clip? I didn’t know the Spiders used a second guitar on that tour.

Beautiful, crunchy guitar from MIck Ronson…not to mention, arranging, producing. He should've gotten more credit.
