Pretty cheeky detail how the customs agent in the art is specifally holding a piece of a Azerite. Definitely not related to badlands, I’m sure.
The coin is unplayable with customs enforcer...
it's incredible how zeddy misses all the good cards
@@lorenzopagano4884Cause Zeddy needs to pump out videos every 5 mimutes he doesn't have the time to think about the cards
@@tomekk.1889 you right man XD
"Handbuffing" the Bumbling Bellhop that just lost his hand 🤣
Sometimes it takes a few "helping hands" for a handbuff
If I am not misstaken then Carry-On Grub can be a counter to the Bomboss Bombs, Plagues and other disruptive Cards that the opponent might want to shuffle into your deck. Because if you are lucky to get some of this disruptive cards getting stored into this 1 Mana Spell they are gone for the rest of the game until you play the spell. I see this mostly against Bomboss because they shuffle the bombs at a point where you don't have many cards left so if you play the Grub right after that you also have a very high chance to pack two bombs into the Suitcase.
carry on grub is a beast. it could be really effextively used to deck-cycle. you dont need to use the suit cases if they dont have the cards you need for the matchup. looks really creatively designed...
Its nice that it thins your deck without taking up two spots in hand. Some interesting interactions as well. You could use it to protect some minions from a Dirty Rat, it could soak up Bombs or Plagues. Potentially shuffle it back into your deck and double it with a Dryscale Deputy, or get a free cast with Jotun. Have to watch out for Counterspells though.
Carry-On Grub with Sonya Waterdancer could open up Rogue to some combo potential maybe. Could be cool to see if it works that way.
I feel like Pip the potent is more likely, Rogue is too busy cheating mana to bother with value, as it always is.
Oh, and maybe the paladin tourist.
I'm hyped to see how they're going to handle the Tourist Cards. Could get busted pretty quick.
We already know its only from this new expansion so not that crazy
Literally every excavate reward is impacted by customs not just the spells. The scorpion itself has increased cost due to it.
I think the potential key for bellhop could be some kind of wish upon a star shaman
“Carry-On suitcase” should really be named “suitcase of greed”
Carry-On Grub seems really cool. Due to the interactions it can have.
Paladin Tourist giving you 2 copies of the cards? (Also things like Shaman Questline and Solar Eclipse)
Saving Quickdraw cards for the turn you can play them?
Lorewalker Cho shenans?
I'm curious how it will interact with "Cast when drawn" cards? Since you don't draw them you instead "Pack them into a suitcase" it might be a way to mitigate Plagues/TNT by just stuffing them into a suitcase forever (Also, other interactions like opening the suitcase would put them into your hand instead of activating them)
Wouldn’t it cast the suitcase when you draw it
@@criticaltipper7699 No. That's why it has a mana cost. It puts the cards into a 1 mana spell called Carry-On Suitcase that you have to play to receive the 2 cards. Similar to that Priest spell that puts minions into a 2 cost box.
how would it protect from TNT if he just blows up the 1mana suitcase cuz that's probably how it works if they don't code some hs spaghetti bs
@@mantizshrimp If you stuff the TNT into the suitcase, you don't draw them thus they won't blow up anything.
Even if you open the suitcase that has a TNT and a card you want in, you still aren't drawing the TNT so it won't activate.
Yes, if you stuff some cards into the suitcase and then draw TNT and have the suitcase get blown up, you lose the cards inside it.
@@tarille1043 ah. got it.. sometimes people get better without playing :) thx teachah
Carry-On Grub in Rogue with Sonya is a free suitcase
Big fan of cards like bumbling bellhop. Just a great turn 3 for decks focused on big spells to contest early and has great potential for monster stats in decks with handbuff. And it’s available for all classes! 5/5 imo
Skipperino 0:56
Omg, wait... does this nerf the coin, if your opponent starts 2nd?!
Yes. Coin didn't start in their deck.
Liking the new tech card. It might help us out in wild a bit!
bruh gimme that bundle already
Zeddy do you think Enforcer + Pozzik could work??
Customs Enforcer is such a bizarre card, but it's absolutely going in Wild Tech Shaman as one of their more playable cards.
This is one of those situations where they've released tech for something and I don't know if it's going to help because of how conditional it is. The more I think about it, the more I've realized it does hit: Awakening Tremors Worm's, Paladin Dudes in hand, Excavated cards, Minis and Gigantics... But I'm not sure it's actually enough to warrant playing a 3 mana 2/5 in any decks right now, especially one that's a Pirate. The only class that cares about Pirates right now is Rogue and they're definitely not wasting a slot on this.
If there's one thing I've learned about these kinds of aura effects, it's that how useful they are depends on he minion itself. Nothing to keep it sticking around? Trash. Difficult to get rid of? Can easily be broken. Customs Enforcer has no one turn stealth. Has only 5 health for 3 mana, and pitiful attack. The effect itself also is really only effective against decks where generation is the whole gimmick as well. So it can easily be a 3 mana 2/5 do nothing. Plus generation tends to be too expensive against aggro in Wild unless you're Rogue or ramping with Druid. Don't see this card getting much play in Wild.
Don't both Customs Enforcer and Carry-On Grub seem like nice Arena cards? Double draw on a good "stick" and a 5HP mana disruptor of opponent's coin or other generated cards (when it's such a fiesta nowadays when it comes to that) don't sound too bad.
It seems weird to call customs enforced niech. Ever class has generation and it has a decent sized booty on it. It slows down the value of the excavate cards there are a lot of those. I'm not saying it will shake the meta but it's a 2/5 pseudo-taunt that will delay a lot of your opponents discover and generated cards.
Hey Zeddy just want to say your one of the main reasons why I still enjoy hearthstone you make it fun and it reminds me of when I couldn’t wait to see a new episode of my favorite shows I’m 46 lol thanks for your videos!!!!!
Customs enforcer should work on mass production which is very relevant in wild... But the card is still bad 😆
Enforcer might be really usable in wild. Makes the Mage Quest reward cost 2 more, which is not nothing.
Carry-On Grub reminds me a bit of School Teacher, which we all know was an incredible card while it was legal.
Get those 2 cards in a suitcase and fuse them... now that's a wild concept
I'm here to get my Mega Bundle! Like, comment and subscribe! :)
Carry On Grub seems sick. That’s a good card for a Highlander deck
Carry On grub protects you against cards like rat/mutanus if u draw minions with it
Time warp mage getting more counter cards, I praise whoever made made this customs enforcer
I'm just saying it right now that suitcase is one Mana so it works with Sonya waterdancer.
Trash card that gets instant whacked. If it said "for the rest of the game" then it might be useful
Carry-on grub is some nice synergy with sonya. We'll see how it turns out.
A 5 mana draw 2 isn’t seeing play. Stop lying to yourself.
Cards like Razorscale are almost never good. Customs Enforcer is a 1/5 card im calling it now.
I’m giving it a 3 based on the current mechanics in standard HS
Excavate, discover everywhere, copying cards, ETC
it’s going to see play, but I doubt it’ll be top tier, and if it is then color me surprised
Carry on seems good because you don't have to activate it if you don't need those 2 cards at the moment so it lets you chose when you use it
Hmm seems like a decent card to screw people over with.
I am a comment
I'm so scared of Pirates, I don't want another pirate meta :´(
Carry on grub WILL be my shudderwock deck card :D
Gorgonzola right now is the best card!
Hoping to see more pirate synergies that aren't just aggro this expac
Customs enforcer should be: your opponent cannot play cards that didn’t start in their deck.
That’s too unfair
Bellhop going to be a huge paly card just watch.
Customs enforcer should have been a battlecry
GIVE ME A MEGA BUNDLE. IVE NEVER WON ANYTHING! GIVE IT TO ME NOW
Probably goldbeard gonna be good this Expansion
This expansion have a super nice theme
A lot of words to say these cards are trash
Customs Enforcer could be good in Wild pirate decks against the Demon Seed. Both Tasmin and Domion Effect get disrupted.
Those aren’t being run. Only thing customs enforcer counters in wild are giants rouge shadowsteps or extra mass productions. This card is so easy to remove that none of those even matter because broom + giant or giant + the 1 mana shadowstep. Razorscale is infinitely better because it shuts down the deck, not non existent decks that make random cards.
@Verse28 Oh when I said Tasmin I mean the reward card from completing the Demon Seed. But fair enough.
Carry-On Grub vs. Customs Enforcer. Oh no, Carry-On Suitcase costs 3 mana. Could you imagine having to pay 3 mana to draw two cards?!
Carry-On Grub in Quest Mage?
Third expansion hoping for a free preorder
does Customs Enforcer works just when its alive?
Yes
It has to be on board for its effect to be active
Once it’s removed then it’s effect ceases as well
Undead Taunt looks good TBH. 😮
Carry on looks unplayable to me.
customs enforcer just doesnt sound fun
carry-on grub with sonya looks quite good, or maybe with that new paladin legend
so 3 horrible neutrals again
pirate rogue is simple deck
Here for the mega bundle
Carry-on Suitecase can be duplicated with Pypp and Sonya
Just wish me luck...
0:50
you're welcome people
Grub might see play in wild reno priest, not very likely tho
How longo can this go on?
all these cards are trash
Customs enforcer on three against excavate seems really painful
Coment
spend mana gogogo!
yayayaya
Cant wait for this expansion to come out
Bring on those sweet sweet floodgates.
Lookin forward to the new expansion
Customs enforcer is a ETC card
Keep up the good work, Zeddy
first
NO! Not tech against my lightshow mage :(
Oh no
Not a 5 hp minion a mage will easily have an answer to 9 times out of 10 💀
I guarantee you it won’t do much to your deck, especially if you’re prepared for it
@@chaosjimthevoidlord3762 I was being facetious. Lightshow mage (that doesn't run the no-minion burn package) is quite bad. I think the new card is also quite bad.
@@RedFoxLevel101 it’s definitely a gimmick deck
I wouldn’t call the new card “bad” though, I definitely think it will see play because of excavate, discover everywhere, ETC, and whatnot
It won’t be meta, but tech cards never are
I fail to see how the cards revealed thus far are Pirates. They've been _really_ lose with minion type definitions recently.
The lore seems to be: A bunch of pirates set up a resort on an island somewhere. Where they're now doing managerial tasks, but are still pirates.
I think that carry-on Grub might have good chances in higher ranks, 5mana 5/4 with draw 2 is just ok, but this card has 2 additional bonuses:
1. It essentially allows you to play an 11 card hand
2. If you get lucky, its a nice way to protect important cards from dirty rat.
Also as a side note: Druid and warrior (both classes with highlander decks) can tutor beasts....
Also you can pack a tnt from bumboss and none of your cards would blow up!
@@impkiller5932 or a plague...
@@impkiller5932if you are a slow deck vs warrior packing 2 tnt vs the like 12 thats left in your deck after doesnt matter much. Now in the mirror matchup you could run this in etc probably 4 is a lot
@@Tatercon ? I think he shuffle 3 and with Brann 6? Do you already defuse 33%? I am not saying that this is insane, but it is good?
I hate disruption, all those kinds of cards are the most toxic, and they're creating one of the most uninteractive playstyle through hs history (only mana cheating is higher). Printing more cards of this type will only fuel people to kill fun of their opponents.
I hate interacting with my opponent with terrible cards they have answers to. HS is dead.
Customs Enforcer is such a stupid card. Like.. are any of those archetypes viable in the first place?
Both mining rouge and spell mage are in top 10 decks and both would be effected by customs enforcer
Tech cards aren't meant to be game wining they are meant to have very specific niche uses
It's a filler card 100%. It's a tech card that can easily be removed. It's not like a Viper or other techs that have their effects on a battlecry. This effect is niche so it honestly needs to be a battlecry that only affects the opponent for 1 turn. It's a 1/5 card.
There are some decks that would be affected by it. All Mage decks spam create cards. Excavate decks generate their excavate rewards. Priest often generates copies of cards (Even Zarimi has the whelp generator).
It's generally not the type of card you just slot into a deck and hope to get value from. But more of you create a deck around it like how Tax Paladin worked. Whereby you have some sort of deck where you run cards like Enforcer, Razorscale, Speaker Stomper etc and try and tempo out decks that rely on scamming early.
Perhaps some sort of Pirate Rogue might appear that can utilize such tactics.
@lesiegelad I play some highlander hunter in Wild at legend, and I assure you I have rogues/mages literally concede to a far watch post or Razorscale they don't have removal for.
This is more niche but also has 5hp so when they don't have it, it really digs the heel in and bricks certain outs like generating removal for it in mage.
Also make generated Iceblocks cost 5 if casino/combo mage ever comes back.
Main issue atm, is rogue has 0 intention of playing it's generates cards, it generates them purely to do other broken stuff, so this doesn't actually stop miracle rogue.
