My Cook 4 Me is probably the original version, several years old and still going strong, with no issues at all. In the manual mode , on my version, you select the Quick Cooking function which can be varied by turning the dial up or down. I believe the later versions have had the name changed to Pressure Cooking, if that is the function in your model then you select that. I have no experience with the later model C4Me, this information was graciously supplied by one of my viewers, who owns a Cook 4 Me+. I hope that helps and thank you very much for watching.
