I absolutely cannot wait to try this recipe!! Can it be done in an Air Fryer?? Also, do you have a "Family Recipe" for Grape Leaves?? I would love to try making an "authentic" recipe for my Wife!! Thank you so much for posting this!! Yum Yum!! 😋

Yes, you can definitely use an air fryer, I would lightly spray or brush the falafels with oil and place in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes at 400F. You will need to keep an eye on them as every air fryer is different.
You can also bake them in 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Ahhh, grabe leaves are one of my personal favorites at all time. I will definitely try to share my recipe soon.

Didn´t know you were from Syria! I would love a video in Syriac actually (but with subs please!). This falafel looks delicious! How long can you keep them in the fridge? Greetings from Belgium !

Thank you so much for being here. Unfortunately, cooked falafel don't store well as the outside becomes soft. That’s why falafel are best served hot straight out of the oil. But you can freeze the dough mixture before you add the baking soda for up to 2-3 months. Thaw the mixture in the fridge, stir in the baking soda and then form the falafels and fry them.
I will definitely consider your video suggestion. Thanks again!
