But no water necessary if you use canned chickpeas ❤️❤️❤️

Some restaurants freeze the falafel balls, and do not defrost them before placing them in hot oil. This makes the outside crunchy, and the inside cooked but not underdone.

"Oh, these ones are called Falafel Imbrot (bread), my favorite. They are filled with a nutritious combination of vegetables and mayo (short for mayonnaise). Everyone in the world should try this at least once. However, they use unique spices to make the falafel that I have not seen in Asia. It is popular in Germany, made by Turks, and it is also gaining popularity in the UK."

I made the pita bread and was terribly disappointed. Only one part puffed up. Also, 1-3/4 cup of flour is definitely not enough. It's more like 2-1/4 or 2-1/2 cups. I had to keep adding to your recipe because it was way too sticky. I did not get 8 balls, I got 5-1/2 with 90 - 91grams each.
