The narrow iron tip you selected is for tiny SMD components whose solder joints have a very low thermal mass. It's going to get nowhere on a joint that had a large mass sucking up the heat
Not bad but I’ve learned the hard way using hot air stations that have the motor in the handpiece. They’re terrible. I went with one of the 1000w attens 862D and it works like a dream. 250 dollars well spent

20:00 wrong soldering tip selection. The one you use is for small smd only. You should probably use C4 tip here instead.
