Michelle , I’m going through a breakup with someone I thought I was going to marry , started spin class this week and working on my self . I’m finishing my pharmacy degree right away ! Self growth only and I love watching your videos for motivation and inspiration. You make life look beautiful 😍
I went to a fitness class for the first time since high school today (3 plus years). I had so much anxiety sitting in the parking lot and actually thought about going home. But I walked in the gym and was instantly greeted by the most welcoming people. I had so much on my mind before the class but during and after I felt so much better. This video was exactly what I needed to keep going and to do this for myself. I often get worried about how much classes or memberships cost but then I remind myself that it is an investment into my health and well-being and that is priceless. Thank you for your wisdom, Michelle💗
I got off the pill at the end of January so we could start trying. I was worried my cycle would take forever to come back but I got it right away! And I’m pregnant now 😳 God is good
I was looking forward to this new video all day 🤍 always such a joy to watch you and be inspired by your online content! I hope you are having a great week! 🤗
Michelle, I love your positive energy and holistic perspective when it comes to fitness + health, instead of an achieving an aesthetic😊 Many influencers post health related content, but sometimes there’s still an undertone of doing it for ‘looks’ so I really commend you for having such a balanced and healthy mindset that shines through in your videos, especially being kind to yourself when you’re not perfectly healthy all the time. It inspires and motivates me as I start back my own fitness journey 💖 Much love! Xx
Would love to hear your more in depth birth control/hormonal/health video- I’ve been struggling with my skin for the first time recently (I just turned 23) out of nowhere and been struggling with health issues that make me think about a lot of what you talked about :)
I've never had a super healthy relationship with food and I've struggled for a bit on balancing what I enjoy (the gym) with eating "healthy." This spring I've been working on letting myself enjoy what I'm eating and trying to take away good/bad labels associated with food. I'm definitely not perfect at this, but I've really enjoyed feeling less guilt about what I'm eating, making memories with my loved ones, and still moving my body.
Hey Michelle! I’m 25 and was on birth control for 3 years I got off of it 10 months ago and haven’t had a period since. I was irregular before too but I also found out I have polycystic ovarian syndrome which was masked by the birth control….it causes irregular periods which I’ve always had and several other symptoms like hormonal acne…I’ve heard it does take quite a bit of time for some people to get their periods back after quitting birth control but it’s also worth getting your testosterone levels checked to make sure it’s not PCOS as it can affect your fertility too
Love these type of videos, I always enjoy your insight on working through struggles and how to approach life. Exciting news, we finally found our house! It was a whirlwind of an experience, but feeling very grateful to have found a place to make ours in this market.
Your fitness and health videos have truly changed my perspective on how I view working out/healthy eating. Thank you for giving me a healthier and more positive perspective!
Hi Michelle! I really loved this video!! I love that you share how you eat, exercise and also tips like walking outside🙂🙂🙂. For skincare, since I see you have acne, I recommend you to try Korean skincare, I would suggest the Corsx Cica 7 line with centella asiatica plant, that has cleanser, toner, serum and cream. Also all the Korean products with green tea( drinking matcha is so good and less irritant than coffee overall even for skin) and if your skin tolerates tea tree I would suggest some products that contain it but not pure since it may irritate if used directly. Also I would suggest to always use a physical sunscreen all year, I love the Some by Mi Truecica Mineral Calming Sunscreen, it is light but protects both UVA and UVB, 50 SPF, also from Some by Mi the AHA BHA PHA LINE, I think you could try it at night, always using sunscreen in the morning, this line is really good for exfoliating, calming, acne scarring and regenerating (always depending on your skin sensitivity, acids and tea tree tolerance). Hope this helps and thank you for your videos and your energy🌸
Our dog also pulls when we walk her it's so embarrassing bc she is so strong!! We got the easy harness walk but it's still a challenge. Lol. If you learn any tricks on how to prevent Cash pulling when other dogs walk by please share 💕💕💕
Love that Seed’s a sponsor! I’ve been taking Seed probiotics for a month now :) my favorite thing about them is that they don’t taste gross like literally all the other probiotics in the market
If you’re looking for a good matcha powder- Trader Joe’s makes matcha packets that are quick and convenient and also cheap- it’s right by the coffee/teas! I use to use those a lot! Enjoyed the video- like seeing the health / food content, too!
Your hair looks very fresh, thick and full!! Have you changed your hair care routine at all recently?? I have pretty flat hair so I would love some tips
Hi Michelle! I love your videos and podcast :) I make sourdough myself and just wanted to say not to put the lid on the sourdough starter tightly, since air is really important for the starter or else it may get moldy! I recommend just placing the glass lid on top and not latching it down tightly. Best of luck on the journey!!
Loved the vlog! Totally relate to the adult acne. Would love to hear about your process is to heal the “stains” on your skin because I struggle with that!
I use ceremonial grade matcha from a local company here in Columbus GA and I love it for a good afternoon matcha. They do ship though. They're called The Matcha Garden. It's worth the price (the grocery store brands are cheaper but different from ceremonial grade).
do you shower after all of your workouts? or how do you balance working out with washing your hair? i want to work out more but don't want to get super sweaty because i don't want to wash my hair everyday
Love this video! So inspiring! I just got home from visiting Dallas over the weekend, we tried to go to the Katy Trail Ice House and it was so busy haha but I thought of you while I was there. ♥️
Soooo excited about this! I really needed some fitness motivation. My workout game has been non-existent for way too long. 🥲 Loved this kind of vlog!! xx
Love your videos ☺️ reminds me a lot about life pre-kids lol. I was going to say that when I was training & doing intense workouts for crosscountry running I noticed my cycles were not normal/consistent. It wasn’t until I stopped training so intensely (bc of studies and just life after high school/college) & realized I had a thyroid imbalance that my cycles started getting consistent. Maybe doing some blood work to get more answers about your hormones will be helpful in your health journey too 😊
Just recently stopped taking birth control, and I found it really helpful watching different videoed on what supplements to take to get it back quicker (like primrose oil, zinc, dim) Don’t know if you have looked into it or not, but I think that would be a good idea😘 Stopping on birth control can also be a factor in bad skin
Loved this Michelle! With healthy and balanced eating, I think you’ll find Mollie Mason and Cambria Joy’s channel very helpful. They focus on eating for hormone balance mainly. They are believers too! So their faith is always incorporated in their tips. 🤗 Love Matcha I’m the afternoons too. I think Republic of tea is a pretty good brand. I’ve settled with culinary matcha because ceremonial kind is way out of my budget 😅 I’ve tried it though. It’s better tasting and I heard they have more antioxidants.
Hello, you may have already heard this, but Frankincense essential oil is very good for any kind of scars….it soothes skin, evens out skin tone and kills bacteria…it may help with your acne scars, as well as keeping future breakouts to a minimum, due to a lot of breakouts being caused by bacteria (or at least mine are)…
Hey Michelle! You should check out the Sporn Company for a Non-Pull harness for Cash! They were the first to make them and I have one for my pitbull and she doesn't pull anymore! I would highly suggest trying it because it worked so well for my dog!
I really had huge issues with pregnancy and stuff and I'm here to tell you that you approached a very sensitive subject is a very empathetic manner. Love your videos yur just so adorable!
you are very inspiring, but that one pancake and one energy ball for breakfast with a green smoothie after 1hour of intensive workout and a walk... do you really eat this way? it is a genuine question
I’m a total plant geek, & monsteras are my babies. I saw you wanted to propagate it & unfortunately, monsteras are unable to be propagated if they are not cut below either a node or aerial root. :)
I love seeing what works for other people. It doesn’t mean it’ll work for me but it works for them. What works for me doesn’t mean will work for you. However, you and I are didn’t bodies.
Do you have any tips on getting up to being able to run 3 miles at 6mph? I have been doing 2 miles at 6 mph but I want to build insurance. Idk if it’s a mental thing that I think I can’t do it or I have really only been running frequently since January. Maybe you can give your tips
I love your videos! Just want to give you another perspective what might cause your skin to break out. You seem to consider different factors like diet, stress or skincare products. In my personal case I tend to break out if I do too many high intensity workouts, because it messes with my hormones. I'm just mentioning it as you show in the videos that you enjoy them. Maybe try to do less intensity workouts for some time and see what happens. Just a girl tryin' to help you out, I don't want to seem like a know-it-all what so ever! :)
but yes not trying to say what you should @michelle just concerned and want to share what i’ve learned from medical doctors in the past when balancing my hormones!
Hey Michelle! Would recommend watching MamaDoctorJones' video on hormonal birth control :) Thanks for sharing your health and fitness mindset in this video - I always enjoy your videos!
Dear Michelle. about your period coming back. You should be careful to eat enough and especially not overdo your workouts. The female body needs more rest than the male body. Because too many workouts cause increased cortisol which subsequently affect your female hormones 😘 look after yourself.
I’ve been wanting to see more health videos, it continuously motivates me! 🤍✨However, I’m curious to know though how do you build your daily workout routines? Especially when someone, like me, doesn’t have access to a gym?😊
I touch on this at the end, but just find what works for you! when gyms were closed, I'd do Sydney Cummings' workouts at home or run outside. definitely still doable to find a routine that works for you without a gym! 💕
Michelle , I’m going through a breakup with someone I thought I was going to marry , started spin class this week and working on my self . I’m finishing my pharmacy degree right away ! Self growth only and I love watching your videos for motivation and inspiration. You make life look beautiful 😍
way to turn an unfortunate situation into something beautiful, Danielle! here's to better things ahead 💕
Danielle, you got this!
Proud of you Danielle!
You’re so courageous, I’m proud of you Danielle. As Michelle Said: Theres something greater ahead. Keep going ❤
You got this!

really means so much to me, I hope you do have the best day today, Adriana! 🥰
I loved this vlog, Michelle! I relate so much to a lot of what you said, love that you’re so aware and open. Please do more health chats 🤍
thank you, Grace! 💕
I love watching your videos Michelle! They’re so beautifully edited and always inspire me 🌞💛

He shines through you too, Maria! thanks for always being here 💕
Are you not tired when you doing that workout?
Hey Michelle! Just wanted to throw this out there. Have you tried Chemical peels for your acne? I have found it really helps with acne.
If you have a pinterest, I am so interested in following you!!
Hey Michelle! Would recommend watching MamaDoctorJones' video on hormonal birth control :)
Thanks for sharing your health and fitness mindset in this video - I always enjoy your videos!
