Not sure if you’re a tea drinker but Celestial Seasonings makes a ginger probiotic tea that’s really great! It’s a nice way to get your probiotics when you’re not in the mood for the full ~kombucha~ experience ☺️
I worked for a mold remediation company for a while! To kill mold and mildew try using a mix of vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. It creates a peracetic acid. Peracetic acid is dangerous if you inhale or ingest large amounts for an extended period of time, but is safe if you use it in small amounts. If you are worried you can over your mouth, nose, and eyes while cleaning! It is also great for cleaning out washers, and clogged sink and shower drains:) But Bleach does NOT actually kill mold cells, it only takes the color away and the cells are still actively multiplying. You can use the bleach after you deactivate the cells with the vinegar and hydrogen peroxide:) Good luck!

I currently do and have struggled with acne for my whole life. I also just got a facial recently and she recommended so many products to me to incorporate into my routine and it is helping but I am fully convinced I will have adult acne :( Skin care is one of my favorite things I just wish my skin liked it as much as me

If you want to clear your acne trying cutting out diary it’s so clogging to your lymphatic system and pores. It’s recommend by nutritionist and doctors I’ve been seeing for woman and everyone to cut it out. It doesn’t benefit you and actually also causes / can osteoporosis brittle bones. I would get some gut tests to see what’s causing your issues as well and your overall health in general. Blood work is good to see what you’re also lacking nutrition wise.
Hi, love your videos! Just an FYI, bleach does not kill mold on porous surfaces. You need to use a “Kilz” product. They have several, google and find what works best for you. Hope this helps, good luck !!😊
